Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Saint George

I stopped here on the way back to Las Vegas because who doesn't enjoy a good visit to a local Chick-fil-A? Every time I visit Chick-fil-A, I order the same thing; Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal and a 12-piece Grilled Chicken Nuggets.

During this visit, my wife and I modified our normal order and decided to try the Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich in addition to my normal meal since it was a limited item and because I won't lie, the commercials made it look phenomenal. Unfortunately for me, the sandwich didn't live up to the hype; I wasn't all that impressed. First, I'm not a huge fan of crispy chicken sandwiches unless it's at specific restaurants. Second, I thought the sandwich was way too sweet for me and I couldn't sense/feel any heat (spice) to it. There's that old adage, "If it isn't broken, then don't fix it." Chick-fil-A has done well enough up to this point so I'm not sure why they even attempted at this sandwich. But hey, that's just my opinion and I'm sure this sandwich will tickle other people's fancy.

My rating of this location is not indicative of the food quality in general because the rest of my food was adequate and I know 99.9% of the time, Chick-fil-A produces great food. The minor issue I had with this visit was (1) they got my order wrong (gave me regular chicken nuggets and not the grilled chicken nuggets); and (2) when I received my grilled nuggets, the texture wasn't all that great...it almost had elasticity to it - I was worried that it wasn't cooked thoroughly because raw chicken tends to have a similar texture, but hey, I'm still alive and not sick after 2 days.

Overall, the service at this Chick-fil-A was good. Although my order wasn't accurately prepared, the employees did a superb job on fixing it really fast! The dining area was maintained well from a cleanliness standpoint, even during peak hours in the day. Recommend this restaurant...

Honestly i'm not one who likes to share reviews but the whole time I had my experience today I was thinking to myself are you kidding? I went in to go get breakfast from this location on 08/29 at 9:30am and had to head back to work so I went through the drive through. Nobody is in line and 2 cars are in the parking lot... so not as busy as chick fil a is. I went through the line and ordered their breakfast meal of the Number 4 with sausage. The lady asked if I wanted it in a meal and I said yes with an orange juice. She tells me my total is roughly $5 which I thought was pretty cheap for a meal. I get up to the window and they said that I only got the burrito so I asked for it in a meal before they even took my payment let alone started handing me food. Then they start handing me items individually because they seemed like they were to lazy to put it in the bag which isn't that big of deal. I eat my food and its not that big of a problem til I take a bite in my burrito and not only is it chicken when I asked for sausage twice, but then it falls apart completely. Chicken and egg is all over my desk, and then its too the point where I cant even formally put it back together and eat it. Normally I don't care but I was really looking forward to this meal, then for it to end up falling apart, and completely wrong. And the part that I just can't wrap my head around is how do you mess up this badly when it isn't even...

this Chick-fil-A sets the high watermark for all other Chick-fil-A‘s! Tanner and his team do a fantastic job of making sure that the food is fast that the food is fresh that it’s delivered with a smile. All of my experiences at this particular Chick-fil-A are fantastic in every single way! I love to be greeted as I walk in into a restaurant or into a lobby and they do this every single time without exception and without fail furthermore, they have memorized my name so when I enter the restaurant, they now greet me by name ask about my day how things are going so on so forth it’s really an exceptional experience one that you won’t find anywhere else they get customer service better than stores like Nordstrom‘s who they have lost customers and the customer service. chick-fil-A is the new company to learn from if you want to really study and learn customer service. not just all Chick-fil-A locations this Chick-fil-A location.
