I hadn't eaten at Chipotle in several years but, since I (like everyone else) was happy to see more restaurants coming to the west side of town, I decided to give your new location a try. So, you got a sale that day, but unfortunately you did not gain a customer. The burrito I got was lukewarm, somewhat dry inside, and generally lackluster. Good thing I had a jar of salsa at home to go with it, since you apparently don't have a fresh salsa bar anymore either. I don't think the food was worth what I paid. What stands out most, though, was that the crew seemed very glum, uninspired, and generally depressing. A fun experience with an upbeat crew probably would have made up for the mediocre food. Good luck in your new place, but I probably won't be back. (Also, FYI, if you had at least offered a discount code after I took your survey on your receipt, I would have gone back to redeem it, and that might even have changed my POV here. But now I have zero...

I had eaten at Chipotle’s in another state years ago and hated it. My friends convinced me to try it again.
I hated it again. I ordered three tacos with crunchy corn shells. The shells were soggy and all three tacos were tossed into the container so it looked like a sad taco salad. I had to eat them with knife and fork.
I got the hot sauce which was fortunate. It was fortunate because the tacos were tasteless so the hot-ish sauce added some taste or this would be a one-star review.
The food was also cold. I ordered online and immediately left for the ten minute drive there. The order was up already and cold to the touch. I’m afraid it’s going to be a health issue for someone.
It’s got to be a corporate plan to serve cold tasteless gulag food for exorbitant prices.
I have verified my past experience and won’t return.
It’s my fault for not...
Read moreSo honestly, I'm a bit frustrated with this location. With Chipotle overall, the flavors are pretty good. Not as good as cafe Rio or Costa Vida in my opinion, but good nonetheless. But what bothers me about this location is the inconsistency on how much meat they put from one dish to another. I was with my wife we both got the rice bowl. They put a ton of meat on her bowl and then put about half that amount on my bowl. I'm a big guy, 6'6" 220 lbs. My wife probably weighs 125 with a bowling ball in her pocket. So what the heck? If you're not going to measure it out and go for consistency...at least err on the side of putting a little more meat on the plate of the bigger guy who needs and wants the extra protein. Who knows, maybe he was trying to impress my wife by giving her extra. Either way, not a good way to make a good impression on guys like me. My rating is based primarily on service, which after 3-4 times now is in my opinion...
