I don't think I have ever written a formal negative review in my life and try be understanding because mistakes happen but not this time. One missing blizzard, one melted blizzard, and one overall rude attitude towards us. The missing snickers blizzard was mistakenly taken by a customer off the counter. The melted take 5 blizzard was taken off the counter as we inquired about the snickers one that had gone missing. Naturally, I assumed they were remaking the take 5 because we were both standing right there inquiring about the snickers as the melted take 5 eas taken away. They remade the snickers and we had to tell them to remake the take 5 one. One worker said, "yeah, that had been up there a while." Acknowledging that at least one worker knew it was melting up there. Now shame on me for not inquiring about a table number. But shame on them for not taking the initiative to find the blizzard it's home or be more apologetic and kind and owning up to a mistake. Besides the one group I think we were the only other two there. I was waiting at a table patiently because there was a bigger group in front of us. I didn't know i waiting in the wrong spot. Does only food come out to your table now and not Blizzards? Where is the upside down thick flip when I pick it up at the counter? Did I have the right to ask them to flip the melted one?😏
Two suggestions: Employees need to inquire if the order is for here or to go and then tell the customer where to wait. If you guys don't bring the food to the table anymore. That's fine. Just please let us know where to pick up the food. Place the ticket of the blizzard by the order so we know which one is ours. Most of them look the same.😂 If we are supposed to pick up our blizzards at the counter a "Pick up your blizzards here" sign hanging from the counter would be most helpful.
Now, my blizzard was delicious of course. So, I won't stop coming. But I should not feel embarrassed for you guys, frustrated, and awkward just to get my yummy ice cream. Please, make the process easy for your...

The same exact order completely messed up in 2 totally different ways! Both times I went through my burger was a special order, so it SHOULD have been fresh... both times the special details were disregarded, and I was given dry old patties stuck to a bun that had been sitting pre-made far too long! Even my DRINK order was too complicated!!!
I mean, "UN-sweetened Iced tea... NO Sugar" can easily also be called a SWEET TEA & Lemonade, Right?! 🤬 I guess the sip of over sweet Arnold Palmer I had to swallow just now was far better than the blatant disrespect I was served at the drive-through speaker when trying to order my unsweetened tea last time! The young man sounded as though he was being forced to work and was trying to get fired... He informed me they "got none" I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times because he would be silent and then randomly spurt a couple words- incomplete answers.
I finally am able to establish they are out of Unsweetened tea! (Super frustrated by now) He quickly tries to end the order... No drink! I said "excuse me...Hello?!" and had to Wait!! He answered back and I quickly asked "What DO you have that's sugar free?" He Yelled at me "NO We Don't Have That! I already said! Will that be everything??" My daughter in the car with me about died, I had enough. I spoke clearly and loudly and said "What else do you have that is zero sugar, and Wet???" He answers back "WATER!... Will that be ALL?!"
Side Note, there was more wrong with Both orders mentioned. Also, I called this location Both incidents and let it ring until the voice mail picks up- several times!!! No one ever answers here!!!
They are like Lord of the Flies over there! No adult supervision, no management, No respect, No fresh...
Read moreI've been here multiple times over the last coupleonths and can say without a doubt it's the worst dairy queen of Southern Utah. Pretzel sticks come out over cooked and without any salt and look more like burned hotdogs. Almost every time the blizzards come out half melted because they're made quick and then sit. And with that. They're typically not mixed. The red velvet was just vanilla ice cream in the top half and a little of the red color and fillings at the bottom. Watched my wife's blizzard sit on the counter for ten minutes and melt. When she asked if it was hers they said her name but made the wrong blizzard. So they then pulled it and made ",gerd" quickly. Which was made what had to be the bare minimum of mix INS to qualify. Signage in the store is almost a full month out of date. But they move you through the drive through quickly. So .. goals met ? I understand everyone is short staffed right now. But. Can't hold a blizzard under a mixer for a couple more seconds. Or pull out...
