Upgrades people upgrades. Zeppes is a local and tourist favorite. Been here twice now. I will say if you think you are getting traditional ice cream you are mistaken as clearly written on the front door. Zeppes has some interesting flavors. If you are a sweet tooth this the place for you. I will say I wish I would have tried a wider variety of what they had to offer. Store is very small and can very packed on Friday and Saturday nights (it’s great seeing people getting out again). Staff is all high school students and the girls at the registers were very nice and patient and were answering all of my annoying questions. The reason for the 4 stars is based on personal preference in that I am not a sweet tooth and therefore took me a few spaced intervals to finish my Italian ice. First time i tried Zeppe's i was like Wow it's so good . There customer service is great . Everybody is friendly and respectful . They don't rush you . I was shocked the quality of the ice cream and custard . There custard and ice cream it's so amazing . This place is just close to my house . They have outdoor seating . very colorful . I wish there was a way that music could be played outside as well inside . Also I wish there was a trash can out on the patio so it would make it a lot easier for people out there instead of going inside . But overall I love it . People are way nice . Super clean .
