I read over the reviews and was quite surprised. I have enjoyed this restaurant ever since first stopping in on a whim. Sure it isn't a posh, swank, urban joint. It is what it is, a humble, nautical themed Family Restaurant. The food, however, is why I come! I'd never had a pasty before. The servers have always been kind, funny and involved every time I have been there and I have never had to wait to be served. I always get the pot roast because it is AMAZING! It reminds me of my grandmothers food and she has since passed so it has been a Must Stop for us every time we go up north to vacation in Petoskey/Good Hart area. The pasty's are amazing too!
