St Johnsbury House of Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Johnsbury

Horrific service, the owner is an absolute joke. Not only was the restaurant dirty and dingy and poorly maintained, but the pizza was DISGUSTING! INEDIBLE! way too much sauce, large uncooked pieces of vegetables, CANNED mushrooms that looked so waterlogged and old, that I couldn't even force myself to try a bite. We brought the pizza back up to counter, only for the literal owner to raise her voice and say "did you ask if they were canned mushrooms?" To which I replied, I shouldn't have to. She yelled in my face that she wasn't giving me a cent of my money back, (30$). We left immediately after. The service was a 0/10 and the food was a -10/10. I will never go back there. Save your time, money and your appetite and go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, because that's what they deserve.. seriously. Don't waste your money and people and...

We're extremely disappointed with St J House of Pizza. We tried calling tonight for about 30 minutes...... This isn't the first time this has happened. It is a common occurrence. The phone just rang and rang. Someone finally answered at 7:50 and told us that we could only order if we paid over the phone with a credit card. I told her I was across the street and could come in immediately and pay for it and she said absolutely not and refused to make us a pizza. She was not very friendly and did not have good customer service skills at all. We have been loyal customers of stj pizza for many years even though there are multiple other pizza places in our area that have decent pizza and are much cheaper. We've always loved st J pizza but we're considering changing to another pizza place because of the very poor customer service skills displayed by...

Ordered from this place twice. That’s how impressed we were the first time cannot say the same about the second. It was on a Tuesday and then ordered the day after. On Tuesday it was a gentleman who assisted and gave probing questions and just was exemplary with customer service. We’re not used to chicken bacon ranch pizza to have onions in the city, he asked and we were able to avoid them on Tuesday not on Wednesday, I forgot and the young lady did not ask. Secondly also the food quality was not as good on Wednesday. The sandwich was soggy, too much mayonnaise and too much ham. So my wife and I felt as though the shift employees changed because definitely was a day and night experience.
