Last night Dec. 31st 2013 had our meal and left the table, walked out the doors and realized my husbands phone was still on the table before we hit the parking lot. He went back in for it, when he got to the table (not even 2 min later) the table had been bussed and the phone was gone, upon asking around for it no one had see it. We talked to management about searching their employees and the trash cans they assured us they would handle it. As we tried to make a police report and have the phone located we discovered it had been turned off the moment it was picked up keeping us for pin pointing the exact location of the phone. We went back several times through out the night checking to see if it had been found with management continuing not to be concerned for our loss of a new iPhone 5s. We are under the impression it was the bus boy as there was too many dishes and trash on our table for surrounding tables to see the phone in the corner of the booth. We brought this to managements attention again they didn't seem concerned that they have a thief and a dishonest employ working their restaurant. I am completely out raged, no words can describe my disappointment in your establishment and the types of employes that are working there. We will NEVER return and will be contacting our local news to let them know what happens when people leave something at your restaurants. Read moreJust got back in town from traveling and figured me and the family would go to this restaurant to get something to eat. Now everyone must understand that we eat at Texas roadhouse at least twice a week and have always received good food and good service. Today everyone at the table had steaks except for one person there were five people. And actually had to go order that was also a steak. Ordered the 11 ounce sirloin and when it cam out it didn’t even appear to be cooked. So obviously the steak was sent back a total of four times and the fourth time that the state came out to the table it looked like they had put in the microwave till it was well done the manager Who’s name is Alan Had a very disrespectful attitude and acted like it was my fault that the steak was wrong. Well obviously I am not the one cooking the steak all I did was order it and his attitude was completely disrespectful and condescending and was in no way shape or form needed or wanted to be seen on display in front of my family. The only thing that saved the whole experience was our waitress I believe her name was Sierra . It is a 45 minute drive from where I live and I had heard of call ahead seating and now if you go 1st and check in that you wait in your car until a table is available. Well I downloaded the app and got on the waitlist. I neglected the text to say HERE when I got there so there was a slight misunderstanding when I got there. I went in like the website said to do actually. I then responded to my text and it was still a 30 minute wait. That all was ok, but what I noticed was how well the signage was for carryout. But there was no signage for mask usage or checkin process and they had one girl trying to man the door on a busy night trying to make sure everyone had checked in as well as handling any situations. There needed to be 2 people. I was amazed at the amount of customers that were either not wearing a mask or not wearing it properly. All the staff that I saw were wearing it properly or I would have left for sure! And there was zero means of social distancing. They were running 100% capacity. I expected a wait due to running a lower dining capacity. On the good side, food ended up being fantastic even though they had already ran out of what we really went there for.
