I found a spider in my food when I was half way done with it and when I went and told the worker about it he said “it didn’t come from the kitchen because the kitchen is too hot” “ it might’ve fell from the ceiling or crawled on your plate when you where sitting and eating it” I said if that was the case, I would’ve seen it fall or crawling on my plate. I then told him what if it died in the food while the food was hot. He then repeated again that it didn’t come from the kitchen because it was hot and then said he wouldn’t be able to give me a refund. He said he can give me another plate but not money. Went with a low par expectation, it is a mall food court eatery. I was not surprised by what I received. The food was served at random temps, some was warm, some was cool, most was tepid. The food was lacking flavor, some was quite dry, some was swimming in oil. The service was ... well ... less than stellar. The employee working the serving line mad register seemed as if they didn't care if they were there or not nor did they give the impression of caring if they had customers. The atmosphe is a dying mall and a dying food outlet. Hopefully, this food outlet can turn around. It was amazing...

The food was good and the girl serving was nice and helpful. The down side was the manager came out in front of customers and reprimanded her because there was a wait for the noodles because the person in the back didn't understand she needed them more quickly. It felt like she had been punched in the gut and all her joy was gone while assisting customers. Things like that should wait until they can be done in private never in front of customers. Bad judgment on his part. And the person in back should also be held accountable for not listening to her when she said...
