I’m a regular customer at this location since I found out it was new. If not twice a week, I’m in there at least once a week. I had went in there to try a new flavor of the geek bar, gummy bear ice and was handed watermelon ice instead. I did test it to see if it works and I hadn’t notice it was the wrong flavor. When I left I noticed it was the wrong flavor. When I went back in to see if I could trade it in Bobby was telling me the policy about once it is open he can’t exchange it. After Zoe and Bobby talked about the situation, Bobby took accountability for his mistake and gave me the correct vape. Other cigar shops in down sadly always seemed inconvenienced to provide even basic levels of customer service, so I stopped going. I was excited to see another shop open up and they've far exceeded my expectations. They always greet me as soon as I walk in and ask if I need any help. They've never once been overbearing or pushed me into buying anything. No matter what it is you're coming in for, they have a massive selection and seem to be expanding. The store has a clean and well lit atmosphere. I've also yet to come home with a improperly humidified cigar, which I can't say the same for a lot of other shops.

This place, and staff has gone downhill fast. New employees every week that know nothing about the products. Have bought a few products from here but was sold junk that either never worked, broken, or looked pre-used. The employees sold me several items they definitely knew nothing about which sucks. I learned quick to just buy tobacco products because everything else was temu junk. They have a point system for certain products which is cool if you want to collect trash.
