To start out our visit was great in the beginning. We had a young girl probably around 17 or 18 helping us. She was sweet and attentive. She even helped my son pick out his shake because he couldn’t figure it out. He loves it by the way so thanks for that. The problem wasn’t the food however. Our food was ready for us to take but our shakes were not some of the people were standing around talking while others like the young girl were trying to work. Either way this young lady noticed we had our food and not our shake/concrete. She stopped what she was doing proceeded to grab two cups which our order consist of and began to make our shakes, her boss or whoever the lady was, came over and instead of asking what order she was working on started barking orders at her. This young lady waited for one of them to do their job and when she noticed we stood around after having our food for about two minutes she decided to help. The older lady should have been helping the young girl not barking orders at her like she was her lap dog. The older lady messed up the younger girls flow and then proceeded to raise her voice at the young girl as if it was only her fault the order got messed up. Read moreI'm rating this a two only because of one instance. The food has always been good, but customer service is BAD. I bought cheese fries through the drive through once and while I was waiting I literally TOLD the worker to put a fork in the bag. How am I supposed to eat cheese fries without a fork? Well, I get the food, there's people behind me, so I don't bother to dig around to make sure there's a fork, so I just ask "you put a fork in this right?" Worker says yes, so I drive away. I'm about ten miles into my 60 mile trip when I open the bag....with no fork. I was pretty heated at that point so I call the store up and talk to one of the women managers. I tell her that I had asked for a fork like three times and there wasn't one. Her response was "okay so what do you want a coupon" me: no ma'am I'm just calling to let you know maybe you should let your drive through staff know they should be more attentive when giving the bags to customers" "okay thanks for calling" hangs up like I get that sometimes you get busy but I didn't even get to eat my food because of either laziness or lack of care and the manager didn't even try...
Read moreI am a Manager at another restaurant and applied for a position. Got an interview offer and took time off my current job. When I got there the Manager tells me that she has no record of my interview. Then goes to pass the buck and say it was the recruiting websites fault and admitted it was not the first time this has happened. So it is a known issue that is not fixed. So then tells me that after wasting my time and hours I took off, to go to another site and apply again. I have to say this place is very unprofessional and no care of wasting peoples time and wonder why you are hiring and can't keep employees.
