Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

About 2 weeks back me and my cousin stopped in Sonic to place an order for 2 large sonic blasts not knowing that they did not serve the flavor of blast we asked for they did not tell us this, instead gave us something else. We didn't realize until the time we were getting home. I thought no big deal I will just call and talk to them. I talked to a Manager by name of Hillary and she had told me that she would credit 15$ to my name since they were closing at the time I could come back any night just give them my name. I tried to get my 15$ credited to my order the night before last and the manager that night told me they did not have my name in the system and without my receipt from two weeks back which I did not have and was not told I would need it they could not help me. I feel that is not very good customer service and companies should stick to what they agree to when messing up your order especially when it cost as much as it does...

I was extremely surprised by my recent visit. Everyone that I spoke to was very courteous and accommodating. My order was read back to me as well as visually displayed. While waiting on my order, a gentleman stopped by with a tray and asked me if I would like any sauces and explained to me what the different sauces were. A couple of minutes later, a lady by the name of Jasmine stopped out to deliver my order, again confirming what I had ordered. All of the food that was brought to me was freshly cooked and nicely prepared. In no way was I expecting this to be at a fast food restaurant. I hope this is something that Sonic continues and that other fast food...

Sonic brings back childhood memories when we would as teenagers pile up into a beat up sedan and grab Sonic on the way home from a party. Food is consistent and will give you a tinge of nostalgia. Prices are always affordable for the quality of food. The only problem I have noticed recently is that the wait time for service seems to increase with every visit. First time I noticed I had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to get my order. The second time, 10 minutes. Thankfully I am a patient man and I will wait for my Sonic but in those 10 minutes other customers could have gone elsewhere. Other than that, will be...
