I know how ratings can bring in people so I'm rating Gamers Grill a 5.. but know that not being immediately greeted at the door, the lack of expression, attention or communication from our server, and the extra wait we endured because the server didn't communicate to the cook was irritating. When you are the host/server, you should always look at the door to make sure you're not missing customers. Greet them with enthusiasm.. "Are you dining with us this evening?" "It's open seating, I'll follow you!" Then watch for refills. We were one of two tables occupying the lobby. Messed up the order ... That's ok. It happens. But when you're customer says I got the wrong thing.. You should immediately apologize and show urgency in correcting the issue. We had to wait and realized the correct meal had not been communicated to the cook at all. Last but not least ... Smile! It's the simplest form of gesture. Ended up drinking beer instead, so not a total lose. But what kind of bar next to a bowling alley doesn’t have pitchers of beer, my favorite part was out of the 6 beers on tap they had 1 in stock....
