Preface this by saying...these people were SO SALTY, I thought this was McD's at first. Last night my little sister, my boyfriend, her boyfriend, and I all went to get some coffee after a party (I like strong coffee, otherwise I would've brewed my whole bean, dark roast at home and NOT spent money on it out, naturally.) We go in and are standing there, debating what to order, sister's boyfriend's stomach issues keep him from drinking coffee, so we're all deliberating what to get and after a couple of minutes...the cashier, with a stern face, asks "Ya'll ready to order yet?" I look down at him, then back up at the menu and say "no." MIND YOU, we were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE, and this was at least an hour and ahalf before they closed, so what his problem was, I haven't the slightest. From then on he was just blunt, and when I was blunt to him, he seemed to soften in his manner a bit...but I did not relent, because at this point I'm thinking "Oh, hohohohohhh! This guy, in particular..." I will give them the benfit of the doubt, as always in the past the customer service was awesome, so three stars it is, I wish 2.5 was a possibility, 'cause this guy was an arse. HOWEVER, I will not be returning to this store and have told several family members and friends. I've worked in customer service for a long time, if I EVER treated anyone the way he did, I would have definitely been fired...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCoffee good as always. Service was bad. Baristas we're apparently having a bad day. Ordered on line. Stopped to pickup my drinks, they were ready. No one asked if they could help me so when I reached to look at the names on the drinks they immediately gave me some attention with attitude. I understand I shouldn't be touching other people's stuff ( I didn't). Then I asked for splash guards for my two cups. They responded they would get them. While I was waiting for splash guards I noticed one of my cups was pretty messy all over the lid. Then I noticed the counter was speaking wet with coffee, water and ice cubes. They was another drink sitting on the counter and something in a paper bag. Both sitting in the water. I pointed this out to them and they got very defensive about it saying the iced drinks sweat on the counter. I mentioned the water had a brown tint and the pile of melting ice cubes sitting on the counter may be to blame. They started realizing I wasn't going to just drop it and started asking if they could get me some napkins to clean up my cup lid. I left feeling very disappointed in the level of service. Wishing my normal store on the north belt had online order. Their service is so...

"Today, I got my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season at Starbucks. When I go through the drive thru, I always hold a coffee mug out my window and ask the barista to set their paper cup in my mug, and I explain that it makes it easier for me. I don't go into specifics or explain my disability, and they're always very kind and oblige.
Today, the guy at the window started giggling when I held out the cup. He didn't speak to me, just kept giggling and put his cup in my mug. I thanked him and put my foot back on the wheel to drive away and he started SHRIEKING with laughter. I am sure the car behind me and all of their customers heard him.
I am giving him the benefit of the doubt and will assume he didn't know I was disabled and thought this was some...
