The pizza was good, not great but good.. The crust was good, the sauce was on the great side, the cheese was on the great side, the sausage was on the good side.
But the staff was not wearing their masks properly, two had the masks below the nose, one was wearing it below the nose and the mouth, had it on his chin.
The staff was kind of lackluster, no greetings, just what are you going to have they were more interested in talking to themselves than helping with customers.
Some of the staff that was wearing masks would move them with their hand to speak and then use the same hand to touch customer orders, to employees when it was not busy or took off their masks and were going in the back to talk then customers came in, they dropped mask on the floor reached down with their hands had to touch the floor and the dirty mask put the mask back on their face and then without washing their hands, they were grabbing crust to help the next guest.
Dining area was unkept and not clean, even though they have very few tables available due to the virus, they have one area for customers to take napkins from, that area itself was dusty and dirty, as was the receptacle that holds the napkins.
The pizza itself is good, the middle gets a little soggy but all in all I think it's a great sauce and the pizza's okay, we did eat our pizza even with all the crazy antics going on with the employees, we figured it was probably safe having been in the oven at 400 plus degrees.. and my son was hungry.
I'd probably go back after the pandemic is over, but if I walked in the store and it was as dirty and un kept as today I...
Read moreI would like to give 0 stars, but i'll have to settle for 1. The past two times i've been here it has been closed earlier than their advertised hours. This is at the St. Louis Park, MN location. First time I showed up at about 8pm and the door was locked, but I could see staff inside cleaning up. The place is advertised to close at 9pm....My most recent trip was 7:30pm on 8/14/21 and there was a note on the door saying they closed at 3pm. If you advertise being open till 9pm, you stay open till 9pm. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Another family arrived there at the same time as me and they said this is the 3rd time it hasn't been open during their advertised business hours. I won't be giving it a 3rd try because I will never step foot in another Blaze Pizza. Literally go to any other pizza place because a pizza is better than no pizza. Cheese, tomato sauce, pepperoni on a tortilla in the Microwave is better than a Blaze Pizza. Honestly they should just shut this location down. If that's not an option, close down temporarily, clean house of incompetent staff, and don't reopen until at least an average staff is in place. Just so Blaze Pizza knows, being closed on a Saturday night probably means you're losing money and future money because you lose repeat customers like me, and probably that family of 5 that showed up the same time as me. This isn't...
Read moreIf I could give negative stars I would because of the lack of management response to our disappointing visit. I responded to their feedback request, used their online form to submit feedback and left this review on here a month ago. Good customer service would have followed up with me by now and addressed the concerns.
Original review: I placed an online order and went in to pick up my order. The cashier said it was still in the oven. I waited ten more minutes and no one followed up with me so I started looking around at pizzas. I found one of mine then asked where the other one was. They couldn't find it and said someone probably took it so they made another one for me which took another 10 minutes. When we got home we realized both pizzas were soggy and undercooked. I had to cook them in the oven to make them edible. My pepperoni pizza did not have that many pepperonis on it. They also forgot my ranch dip when they remade my pizza. Overall not great service and the pizza needs to be cooked longer. We were hoping for a better experience but...
