I have had some excellent pizza and some average pizza in my life and Dominos has never ranked anywhere close to the top. But when you have the cravings at 2:15am. itās pretty much the only option. As Iām placing my order I find out that no store in my area will deliver to be although they are open until 4 am. But o ordered anyway. I signed up for text alerts and got the text that it was going on the oven and would be ready in about 10 min. Iām thinking Iāll get another text saying it is done and I didnāt get another text so I waited about 15 min from the first (and only) text I got and left to go get it. It was about 25 min from the time I received the first text saying it went in the oven to the time I got to the store to pick it up. Then another 10 min to drive home and open the box and the pizza is WAY OVER COOKED! I expect when I order a thin crust pizza for it to be crispy but good God. It was the driest pizza Iāve ever seen or tasted in my life. It is not edible. I tried to call the store and they asked if I could be put on hold. Not like on hold like a regular business and you start hearing their advertisements but put on hold, they set it on the counter so I could hear 3 employees laughing and talking and another phone like ringing and ringing and ringing. After 5 minutes I hung up. I have ordered from this place before and the older man at the window is always grumpy, Iāll look past that, the pizza is typically what you would get from dominos, but I would go back when I had my two times a year craving. After this experience. I will not return until the management fixes some major problems. So to the public.... save your money and order early or from somewhere else. Or go to a 24 hour grocery store because anything will be better than what was handed...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave never had a bad experience with this location until this past Thursday when i made my lunch order online as i always do then run over on my 30 min lunch break to grab it like i always do and its usually great service my food is ready to go and im in and out without any issues but this time i walk in to get my order which i could see sitting on the rack ready for me but i dont see a single employee but one woman who is back in the office with another women who isnt an employee and theyre sitting back there laughing and chatting looking at their phones holding the non employees baby for 10 mins i stood there shouting excuse me trying to get their attention as i only have a short amount of time after 3-4 attempts shouting over the loud music and waving to get their attention with no response i end up walking out and leaving without my food. Its beyond ridiculous i go there at least once a week because its quick the service is usually fairly good. But this situation upset me so bad ill never go back. Being a person who has worked many customer service jobs i can honestly say that was an unspeakable situation idk why people even bother having jobs in customer service when they clearly do not have those kind of skills idk where all the employees i usually see working there were cuz those guys are great they pay attention i literally could have walked behind the counter and grabbed my food and anything else i wanted to grab and left and those ladies would not have even noticed js. That seems a bit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered two pizza's on line on Saturday 10/14. The web site said 60-70 minutes. almost 2 hours later, the on-line app said they were "on the way". I live less than two blocks from there. Almost 30 minutes more, no pizza, so I called. The person (manager I think) who answered the phone said something like "we have two big events going on and we're short a driver and that's what I'm telling everyone who calls." (I paraphrased, I don't recall the exact words. He told me that it was being loaded for delivery right then. I asked him why the on-line app said otherwise. He hung up on me. 15 or so minutes later the pizza came. The delivery person, who's name was Paul, was wonderful, professional, apologetic and even offered some thing free for all the trouble. This man should be the person running that store. He completely disarmed me, and dispelled my anger and frustration with his friendly professional manner. The pizza, of course, was stone cold, and inedible, but again, Paul's professionalism was so charming and disarming, I did not call. I believe Paul was doing the best he could with the work load he had, and deserves a raise. Sadly I won't be seeing him again, as I won't order from store again, solely due to the attitude of the person on the phone. But, do thank Paul for helping me through the...
