First, I preface this review by saying I never ever order from Domino's as they are in the top 5 of U.S.companies who donate millions of dollars to the pro-life movement and lobby for any legislation that reduces women's access to reproductive health care. Unfortunately earlier this year I was placed in a position where I had to order from Dominoes. I am disabled and a shut-in. I explain this to Domino's when I place my order, told them the driver would have to come to my door.
It took an hour and a half to get our three pizzas! When the driver got to my home, he called me and said he was in the parking lot and come to his car. I explained to the driver again that I'm a shut-in and I cannot walk down the stairs and out to a dark parking lot to a car with some guy in it I've never met. The driver then told me that he would not come into my building to deliver the pizzas. I tried to explain to him my limited Mobility, and told him that I had already let Domino's know and they said it would be no problem for you to deliver to my door. When the driver continued to refuse, I sent the pizzas back. The following day I called to speak to a manager and surprisingly he was incredibly understanding, but, he said that there was nothing really he could do.
I don't understand what's happened to Dominoes. Historically, when I order pizzas (from other pizza restaurants) I never have to explain that they actually have to Come To My Door! I mean isn't that why we order in food? So that it CAN BE delivered to us, AT OUR DOOR?! Dominoes is so out of touch. SHAME ON...
Read moreOrdered 4 pizzas online at 10 am to be sent to my workplace at 1pm which is like literally 2-3 miles from their store. I called in at 11 to check on my order because I only have a 30 minute lunch along with my colleagues and students which the pizza was for and I need it to be there on time. I also requested for plates, napkins, and cups which they usually bring with our orders, but I just had to be sure. They said no problem. However They arrived one hour late. We all missed our lunch, they forgot to bring cups. And this has been the second time that this has happened to me personally. It has happened multiple times to staff in my building. I called in to talk with their manager but all their manager (mariele) said was, "sorry, you ordered at a busy time and we are short staff. There's nothing we can do. And for future references there's nothing we can do to get them there in the morning on time because we are really busy!" Wow. Yes i still had paid for the dang food. Never ordering from them again and definitely emailing corporate. This is just Unacceptable from a customer of 5 years, this is the...
Read moreOnly giving 1 star because unfortunately you have to put a star for a review. I've never in my life been to a Domino's that was so unprofessional in every aspect. Used to order from here all the time until I got an order of wings that was completely cold so I called back and never once got an apology I got an employee who decided to argue with me and finally say very loudly WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? So then i had called and talked with the store manager and he said he'd fix the issue with whatever I wanted and it'd be to me in 30 to 40 minutes... 2 hours later still nothing and I continued to call and every employee wants to hang up on me. So I called corporate and rather then the owner getting in contact with me to see what the situation was he sent me 2 gift certificates (thank you!) So I call to use one of the gift certificates an employee answers and says thanks for calling, hello and hangs up so I can't even order. I will never in my life spend a penny at this location and I hope none of you guys do either. Good customer service can go a long way if you know how to address...
