McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint Paul

Sept 2, 2023 I came in here to pick up a delivery order. I asked the staff if they had the order she said they’re working on it and then she asked me if I was waiting on an order as well. I told her no I was not waiting on a personal order and she said good because I can’t serve you and the Customer at the same time, I told her that’s irrelevant because I just told you know and don’t bring up something that’s irrelevant to our business relationship. She proceeds to tell me don’t tell her how to do my job and I tell her I said no I wasn’t here to pick up so I don’t need to know the other details, she was being sarcastic and smart with me. Basically the employees here are total POS who always try ti 1-up you even for no reason. DO NOT TALK TO ME ABOUT IRRELEVANT STUFF TO OUR BUSINESS!

I told you “NO” so leave it at that! I wish corporate would step in and hold this store accountable for their actions because of rude staff I unassigned this order and now the customer has to wait longer but thank your staff for that.

8/14/2023 update Lobby is open great but wait you dont have anyone at the front to help those coming in to pickup mobile orders. I come in this guy looks at me twice and doesnt say anything so I stare him and he asks if im here for a mobile order and I tel him the last 3, then a lady grabs the order and holds it in front of me and asks for the last 3… I unassigned and told them I already told you the order number and you grabbed it and want me to tell you it again. Have respect for those who are delivering orders for your store.

5/27/2023 update This isn’t any service today this is about the ppl dealing drugs in their parking lot and the pan handlers standing right next to the pickup window asking for food and money. If this becomes yall thing ill stop picking up any customers orders from here.

5/14/2023 update Horrible service. I came to pickup an order and I provided the code they asked for and the lady just kept repeating herself and we were right in front of each other but eventually after repeating myself she goes away and comes back asking for the code again,… I say “the code? I just gave you The and she said “don’t have an attitude”. So im not speed to point out the obvious fact I gave you the code lol okay this location is a joke.

Customers I would avoid ordering from this location as they give out wrong orders, the staff doesn’t care about anyone and of a driver tries to bring anything to their attention they do the Minnesota things and gaslight you. Shameless I swear.

2/27/2023 update Their lobby is closed and I have no signs let people know. The least they can do is have signs up to let people know the lobbies close so that will customers don't have to park walk up to both doors to see which one may or may not be open only to have to drive back around to get into the drive-thru which further delays than receiving their mobile order. Now I'm working trying to pick up an order for a customer but even if you don't consider the customer's perspective of wasting their time trying to figure out if your lobby is closed or not because you're not putting adequate signs The least you can do is communicate with your business partners who are working to deliver food for your restaurants. This is poor service and if it continues to happen I will come play directly to corporate with video of these incidents.

I work overnight shift at a hospital and break at 4am. I had made sure that I had ordered my food on the moblie app at 4am. They start breakfast at 4am. It takes me 7 mins to get to my car and 5 mins to get to McDonald’s from the hospital. So I get there the guy tells me on speaker that they close until 4:30am. I thought this was a 24 hrs opeaning but i just told them “okay, is it okay if I just wait here” and they told me yeah. I had initially thought that I could make it in time so that’s what I told them. The more I waited the more I was worried that I wasn’t going to make it back to my shift. Which I fully understand that it was on me to switch up my mind. I was trying to get someone’s attention at the speaker which nobody was there. So I had gone to the first window. When I got there I waited a few minutes then saw someone getting up from the ground. I politely waved and asked if I can just cancel my order. The guy there was annoyed and looked irritated. He told me that he can only refund me if I go back to the menu where the speaker is. So I did. Now I’m not sure if that was necessary because I was the ONLY car there. But I drove all the way back to the menu anyways (so embarrassing) . When I got to the menu the guy rudely asked me for my code. I told him my code and I just left. I’m a pretty emotional person. So I cried my ass back to the hospital 💀. I understand that you might be tired and irritated in the morning. But I was just hungry and I was being very polite too. I just hope I got my $20 refund back. Now $20 might not be a lot but after what I experienced I better get my refund back. It’s disappointing because I would always go here as a kid. And because of this experience I’m not sure how I feel about the people...

This to me is my thing but a place for drugs to be pasar around 1. And last time I went I saw drugs go from hand to hand then sold to others the staff as well put a blind fold on if white I'm sorry but true more then a few times I've been in line up to order staff wood ask person behind me yes b afercain amaracan for there order and the last time they did this I spoke up and that one staff died oh I didn't see you! What I'm say 5'5 135 say what I want cut off just so u can help person beside me bull #### then a neither was a staff that wood bring food to people?
