Pinos Pizzeria if you are in the downtown area come see us😁 1 West 7th Place, St. Paul MN #newyorkpizzabest #minnesota #saintpaul #italian #sicilian

You gotta love these guys. Big talkers, big personalities, big slices. I happened to walk in near closing time, so the slice selection was limited. There was one cheese slice left, and it became mine. In talking with Pino, he asked me to come back earlier in the day next time so I could sample a larger selection. So while enjoying my slice, I saw him throw in another pie and thought that was odd because they were closing and trying to sell off what they had left. Come to find out, it was for me. When it was done, I hear Pino calling from behind the counter for me to come up. He gave me a slice for free. He wouldn’t take payment. So I told him fine, I’ll buy two more for the road. Him and his son were very grateful (and loud and boisterous which truthfully was awesome). I gave the slices away to a woman on the street, and Pino’s is now my favorite pizza shop in St Paul. The pizza was superb, and the owner was a joy.

I've been a Pinos fan since my mom was a downtown dynamo two decades ago, and now that I'm strutting the same streets, I’m thrilled they’re still slinging their delicious pies! Their pizza isn’t just a meal; it’s a labor of love served with a side of hospitality. Walking in feels like crashing a family reunion—and I mean that in the best way! Cheers to their new digs and hours; it’s a recipe for even more success! 🍕🎉

A Downtown St. Paul Gem - Better Than Ever!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After being loyal customers for over 10 years, we couldn't be more thrilled about the reopening in this fantastic new, larger location! Pino and his family have created something truly special here in downtown St. Paul.

What sets this place apart isn't just the consistently delicious pizza (though that certainly helps!), but the genuine warmth and personal touch that Pino and his family bring to every visit. After all these years, they still remember exactly how I like my pizza ordered - now that's what I call exceptional service with a personal touch.

The new space is a huge improvement, giving them room to really shine. During our most recent visit, we were treated to samples of their cannolis, and WOW - I'm really hoping these become a permanent menu addition because they were absolutely incredible.

The extended hours are a game-changer too, especially if you're catching a Wild game at the Xcel Energy Center. Perfect timing for a pre-game slice or a post-game celebration meal.

This is the kind of family-run establishment that makes downtown St. Paul special. The energy is infectious, the food is consistently excellent, and you genuinely feel like part of the family when you walk through the door. Here's to another 10+ years of great pizza and even better memories!

Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, delicious pizza served with genuine...

Pizza by the slice. People will scream Savoy and Cosettas from the rooftops but I don't hear much about this gem in Saint Paul's skyway. It's understandable, their hours reflect the skyway hours so nobody is flooding in here before games and concerts at the Xcel. I try to make the lunch trek across the river at least once a month and get my Pinos card punched. Sometimes I'll walk it but I've never had trouble finding street parking (even with a short meter charge I get out of Pinos cheaper than a lot of lunch options. If I had to describe what sets Pinos above a Cosettas (pizza) I'd tell you it's all in the crust! I wanna say it's New York style but I'm just not confident in my regional pizza dialect and don't want to risk sounding like that fella I once heard on a late night tpt documentary about hot dogs who said "Everyone knows Pizza Hut invented deep dish." I digress, but if you're in the downtown area during lunch time on a weekday, it's worth the trek over to Pinos (I've taken my wife and niece over from the Children's...

I don't know if they technically consider their pizza New York style but this place is awesome. The pizza is not only great (the sauce is my favorite part but all of it is great) but my absolute favorite part about this place is the owners and workers. Especially Pino Jr. They all seem very enthusiastic about what they do and you can tell they love what they do. Everytime I have stopped by they treat every customer like they have known them their whole life and have a very upbeat personality. I am not in Downtown Saint Paul often these days but when I am and its during weekday lunch time I will stop by. My kids also love Pinos. So much so that when we had an outting planned yesterday to go to The Childrens Museum they told me they wanted to stop for Pinos before we even came downtown. When we showed up they we're closing down but since Pino Jr. Overheard how disappointed the kids we're and that we all wanted something good like Pinos, Pino Jr. Still found a way to get us some Pinos deliciousness. Thank you Pinos. You...
