Terrible! Would give 0 stars if possible. Food is gross. Bad customer service.
Our order: Whopper (no onion) Large Onion ring Small Water The Big King Chicken Fries Royal Chicken Sandwich Large Sweet Tea
(Drive Thru experience) We ordered drive thru, as always we watch the screen to be sure everything is correct before pulling up to the window. The worker made a simple mistake of listing the Royal Chicken sandwich as a Crispy Chicken. We tried to correct it by letting the worker know the screen was incorrect and we asked again for the Royal Chicken. The screen flashed but Crispy Chicken remained the same. We just figured it's okay, we'll just let them know of the error at the window...problem solved? No. Pulled up and told the person working the window that the Crispy Chicken was incorrect and it should be the Royal Chicken. Said worker says nothing, closes the window, leaving us to assume they were on the way to fix it. Few minutes pass and they askes for payment, no problems there. Not long after that they bring the drinks and the food. We say our have a good afternoons and start to leave. Then realizing we didn't get a receipt.
(Food experience) Our Onion rings were mush and not cooked all the way. The Chicken fries seemed like they had been sitting under a low temp heat lamp all day, cold and sponge like. Both 'sides' were disgusting for said reasons. Now on to the sandwiches, a whole separate issue, but ties into the drive thru experience. Even though we tried to correct the Royal Chicken sandwich mistake 2 times, I still received the Crispy Chicken. The Big King was made with a regular double cheeseburger base and not a Whopper base. If you eat at BK you know a Whopper is bigger than their standard double cheeseburger. The Whopper was the only item we received correct, a side from the drinks, they were alright too.
(Fixing the issue) We take our order into the store and they begin "fixing" the mistake. We didn't want replacement of the gross sides, just the correct sandwiches. We get our "replacements" and open the bag to 2 of the same exact sandwiches as before. So we then had 4 incorrect items. But at least 2 of them were free. We then went home. The sorry excuse of a "Big King" was good other than the size. The Crispy Chicken sandwich was anything but crispy the breading was sliding off and, just like the chicken fries, the pattie seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. Our order was taken at 7:26pm and they had us pay promptly upon arriving at the drive thru window, but then they waited for around 10 minutes before they let us know that they were understaffed and they had run out of cooked meat. They then asked us to pull forward to the red barriers. We waited a total of over 15 minutes for our "fast" food (order to receipt). I would have left, but I had already paid. She then handed me the bag and said I double checked your order and everything is correct. I went home and started dividing up the order. My oldest son ordered 2 plain double cheese burgers - he only received one that was made correctly the other was missing. My middle son ordered 2 cheeseburgers with only pickles and ketchup - he recieved two and both missing the ketchup, but had mustard - his gag reflex engaged because he hates mustard. My youngest received his order accurate of 1 plain cheeseburger. I ordered 3 regular cheeseburgers - they made me 3 cheeseburgers without pickles. Read morePulled up to the drive through to order and sat there for a good two minutes without anyone answering on the intercom. Said hello three or four time with no answer. While waiting through this time, two different people walked up to a lock door to get into the building for dine in. There where clearly people inside the building because there was four cars parked in front of the store with no one in them. So I pull around to the drive through window to see what was going on, maybe the intercom wasn’t working. No one was there that I could see, so I also called the store and someone picks up and I can hear them for a few seconds then they hang up. So I call back and it doesn’t even ring, it’s like they disconnected it from the line or something. Lastly there were no signs posted for early or temporary closing.
