Dunkin' Donuts near me is a complete disaster! I have been living in the area of this location of almost a year and have been a faithful customer that continues to get screwed over. The first time I had an issue was when I waited 45 mins for my order and then was only given my order when I finally asked about it. When I went to take a bite out of it it was lukewarm and hard as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for those past 45 mins. I had to ask for new order and wait additional time. I took the survey at the bottom of the receipt and even asked to be contacted by the someone in charge and of course never got a call...I've given the location chance after chance visiting sometimes 1-4 times a week. Sometimes things are fine but a lot of times my experiences are bad. I've had situations of rude cashiers/ food crew, burnt food, badly made coffee, waiting a ridiculous amount of time, and just not getting what I asked for. What brought me to making all of this public was the fact that I ordered 2 sausage, egg, & cheese croissant sandwiches just to get home with just an egg croissant sandwiches and no receipt. I've given to much money to this place just to be this unhappy with the service and it makes me feel totally unappreciated. The reason I kept trying with this location is because it is close to where I live and I thought I could get a quick breakfast but, at this point a rather travel farther just so I can get my same order that i get day after day right! Read moreI started going regularly because they were a cheaper alternative to Starbucks and are also the only other coffee shop on my way to work. Initially I got great service and coffee, so I loved going. However, within the past six months I can't even count how many times they've gotten my order wrong. Whether they forget the syrup I asked for altogether or put way too much sugar in it, I almost always drive away and hate my coffee and don't have time to go back. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt by trying to go at different times of the day, but was still disappointed. One time they misunderstood which sandwich I wanted and the one they charged me for was more expensive. When I told them it was incorrect, the manager "made it better" giving me the cheaper sandwich I wanted and a free sandwich coupon for next time. They didn't refund my money, and ever since then my coffee has been made wrong every single time. The only reason my coffee was right today is because I actually had time to take it back and have them fix it. The people that work there seem nice, but they need good management and customer service skills (including knowing how to refund people's money). Read moreI don’t know what’s going on there recently, but my God, the coffee is atrocious recently. No hate to the staff personally, but whoever be making my coffee needs to learn how to actually make it. I get the same order every time I go, a iced hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar. I try and make it simple for everyone, but they mess it up every time. Either they put no sugar and no cream, or too much sugar and too much pumps of hazelnut. I’m getting annoyed because I never know what I will get from them.
Update: It’s my own fault for going back to this location, but this is ridiculous. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for some iced coffee and there was only 2 people in front of me. I looked when I was up at the window and there was at least 7 workers just standing around, plus one in her car smoking (which get your break girl) But I will only go back here if I have 20...
