Lion's Choice - St. Peters — Restaurant in Saint Peters

I'm a HUGE Lion's Choice fan. I scoff at anyone who claims to enjoy Arby's because of how disgustingly cardboard their roast beef is. I visited this location at the end of November and ordered pickup via the mobile app. One meal in my order was the French dip combo. When promoted to make selections in the app, they confirm if you'd like au jus, which is basically what makes the sandwich a French dip. So, of course, I indicated that I'd like the au jus. I received my order promptly and went home to Hazelwood. My mistake was not checking the bag. Everything was perfect, except they had forgotten the au jus. Some may not understand, but ordering this sandwich and not receiving the au jus is almost heartbreaking. I made sure to submit my feedback to express this issue, which isn't something I do very often, if ever. Due to a glitch in their system, they were not aware of my issue until recently. The district manager emailed me to apologize for the delay and for our below par experience. Without question, he generously made up for the mistake. The customer service he provided only further solidified my passion for this company. He far exceeded my expectations of how to resolve the problem and I will continue to highly recommend Lion's Choice. Truly exceptional...

We are in St. Louis for our Grandsons Wedding. We have my Support Animal- MUFFIN with us. We are at the Country Inn and Suites in St. Peter’s. My husband has gotten a few of our meals from the Lion’s Choice and Muffin was with him. We also got her a Double Roast Beef Sandwich. At 5:00 AM, she woke us up too what we thought was a. Potty Break. So Lee takes her outside and she walked straight over the the Lion’s Choice Restaurant, she had the Munchies!! She goes straight up to the front door, looks inside and is confused why no one is there! She went to the back door, same thing. 7:30 AM, she wanted out and Again, she did the same thing! We were amazed that she remember the place and she knew exactly what she wanted! So we bought4 Double Roast Beef Sandwiches. As soon as we got to the Hotel- she was a very happy Dog!

So not only do People like the food but so does Muffin! We are going back home to Wisconsin tomorrow. But not without some, Double Roast Beef Sandwiches on Ice, to freeze at...

Patty and Heather E. Are two of the most professional and experienced managers I’ve ever seen! Their commitment and dedication to make the customers visit a memorable one is admirable! With their polite and courteous employees, and the very best food you can ask for, especially the slow roasted, perfectly pink roast beef, and hot natural cut fries! For the past 20 years I’ve tried my hardest to make sure I eat at Patty’s or Heather’s restaurants, that they’re managing at the time, because those two know how to cook roast beef, and they have very high expectations from their employees. If you want the very best roast beef and Lion’s Choice experience, then eat at the Cave Springs location, because unbelievably ALL THAT TALENT is at that location!! That’s right!
