This location is horrible. They are rude and slow all the time. Never a welcome to Wendy's upon arrival or a word when handing your food. This was the absolute worst experience and my last at this location. I don't have a receipt # because I was never even allowed to place my order, and there was not any cars on the lot.. The girl on the speaker said be right with you. After 10 minutes I said hello a few times... no response, after 15 minutes and the 3 cars behind me pulled off, I approached the window wondering if there was something wrong with the speaker. 4 or 5 employees were standing behind the counter, talking. Couple of them looked at me then turned right back around. When someone finally approached the window she lifted her "just a minute" finger to me, and walked away. Finally a young man came to the window, said can I help you, I explained that I hadn't even been able to place my order yet, he shrugged and pointed to the cash register and said we are doing shift change, it takes 20 minutes. I asked then why she said be right with you? He shrugged at me again. Said it wasnt his fault. He retrieved the manager. She strolls up to the window in a pink tank top and literally greets me with "whats the problem". I explained everything again, received no apologies, only arguing. I asked if you aren't going to be servicing any customers in drive-through, why not say so, instead of saying "be right with you" She said they aren't allowed to say it will be 20 minutes before we take your order. I asked for a corporate number, she said there wasn't one because it was a franchise. I said.... I am sure there is a number to speak to someone and she actually told me to look at my receipt for a number when she knew my order wasn't taken. I told her that this was the most ridiculous scene and explanation I have ever experienced in a fast food drive thru. Basically her unapologetic excuse was it takes 20 minutes to do shift change( I imagine about 3 times a day...every day) and that they cannot service customers at all during that time, and apparently there is nothing wrong with saying "be right with you" and leaving customers sit there for 20 minutes.....with no further response at the speaker. As I drove off, she loudly screamed "Have a blessed day" out the window. This explains why this Wendy's location has an empty lot on a Saturday afternoon. With this type of service and manager, you might as well close this location. I watched them lose a total of 4 customers, including myself in a 20 minute span. Drove over to McDonald's full parking lot and long drive thru line and received my order from start to finish...

The service at Wendy's was quick and efficient, making it an excellent choice for a fast meal during a busy day. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff worked diligently to ensure that customers received their orders promptly.
The restaurant's cleanliness and well-maintained environment were commendable. The dining area was tidy, and the staff consistently cleaned tables and kept the restaurant in order, creating a pleasant atmosphere for diners.
The restaurant's seating area might be a bit limited during peak hours, especially if you prefer dining in. However, Wendy's is primarily known for its fast-food service, and the limited seating is balanced by the convenience of quick takeout options.
While Wendy's offers some healthier menu choices, the overall selection of healthier alternatives could be expanded to cater to customers with specific dietary preferences.

Read moreWorst experience at any Wendy's. My wife and I went through the drive through at about 7:30 at night after shopping for Christmas. I began my order requesting a Biggie Bag meal for my wife. I asked for an unsweetened tea and was told there wasn't any. Ordered a Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken combo for myself. I was asked three times if I wanted spicy or classic. It was a ghost pepper sandwich so I was a little confused by the question, more on that later. I then requested Dr. Pepper to drink and was informed they were out. Typically, I would have said never mind at this point but we were tired. I drove to the window to pay and retrieve our food. We were greeted by someone who I believe was the manager, whose appearance was that of a meth addict in need of severe dental work. She was then followed up by a coworker who handed me our food with an attitude that I had just killed his cat or something. Skeptical of the quality of my purchase, we stopped to inspect our food. My sandwich was without any ghost pepper sauce which is supposed to come with it. I went into the restaurant to have the oversight corrected. I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting on someone to address me and my concern. While waiting, I was entertained by the manager rambling on with coworkers about whose bond was larger and workers in the back of the store throwing sauce packets at each other. Surprised by my presence, she finally addressed my issue and proceeded to have it corrected. While my sandwich was supposedly being remade, I overheard the manager and cook saying the sauce they are supposed to use for my sandwich was out and to simply substitute it with another unknown sauce. I reluctantly took the new sandwich and...
