Comfort Cafe — Restaurant in Gulfport

My 3rd time having breakfast at Comfort Cafe. Arrived around 9am. Food was great but I left with a sour taste in my mouth. We were rushed the entire time. Three times the waitress came to our table within 10 min We were busy talking but decided to order. While my friend gulped dwn his meal I was halfway through mine. I think the slim brunette lady was an owner. She approached my table and asked if I wanted a take out! I was still eating. I said ummm ok I guess I can take the rest home. She literally gave me a to-go box in the middle of my meal! We obliged and left. The tables that came in before us were still there. I'm not sure why they were focused on our table but I won't be back. A bizarre...

Not a bad little hole in the wall restaurant. Serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches for lunch. I got the Mushroom Swiss burger. It was a good sandwich but I had to pay extra for mayonnaise according to my bill but I think it was for the bacon that I added to it and I will say that I could taste that they had recently made some type of seafood on the same Grill as my hamburgers were cooked on because I could taste the seafood that's why I gave it a three-star review. Other than that the staff very friendly very nice people I would recommend going and I will go again. Lunch for myself cost under $20...

I will never go back, my sister in law and I have served for years, the waitress we had was not friendly at all she was like a robot, my sister in law found a string in her eggs and they tried to claim that it was part of the eggs. Told us that they took my sister in laws breakfast off so you mean to tell my that the special that said on the sign was $ 8.50 times 2 which is $17.00, one cup of coffee which they charged $2.50 for and 2 sodas cost us almost $12.00 dollars. My brother gave her a $100.00 bill and his change was $73.54...
