D'Lites Emporium, St.Pete — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

This place is seriously low carb & low sugar heaven! Whether you’re on keto like I am, diabetic, or simply trying to live a healthier lifestyle, you’re going to love it.

First off, the portions are VERY generous — and I can’t believe how few calories everything has! All of the flavors have 50 calories and 2-3 net carbs per half cup. And in addition to the soft serve flavors of the week, they have a bunch of containers of different ice cream flavors for purchase — all of which have the same amazing macros of 50 calories and 2-3 carbs per half cup. That’s especially amazing because they’re super delicious!!!

The service is top-notch as well! A lady named Ashley helped us and she was super nice and helpful with any questions I had. She also gave us a few samples so I could choose the flavor I wanted.

Aside from the ice cream, they sell local products and keto/low carb/low sugar products that you can almost never find in store. All in all, I’m so glad this place exists and I can’t...

D'Lites is the best kept secret in Pinellas County. LOVE LOVE LOVE their product and buy it in bulk once a month to keep in the freezer at home. Also love that they carry Walden Farms. The staff is always incredibly friendly and nice as well--even asked to help me carry a box to the car!!! The one-star review that complains about the sound made by the machine is both ridiculous and unfair. Why would you try and harm a business based on the SOUND made by their machine! The line should be out the door every day....people do not realize how much sugar they ingest by eating regular ice cream off the shelf. I am not even diabetic and I only eat D'Lites ice cream. Why eat 40 extra grams of sugar when you can eat D'Lites at a fraction of the carbs!?!! Please open another location...

I found this place back in 2011 when I lived just a few blocks away and would go all the time. Over 8 years later I moved back to the area and was excited to find it still going strong. I now I take my kids for healthy ice cream and they love it as much as the regular stuff. Staff is also very friendly and helpful with offering samples and making you feel welcomed.

Only downside is the limited selection of rotating flavors but it’s great to see one of your favorites pop up on the menu. It’s also slightly more expensive than regular ice cream but not by much and it’s expected for a “healthier” product.
