I(17) went today for lunch with my friend (19) and my girlfriend(16) our server was Ernie (I believe that was his name his handwriting wasn't the best) and he was the worst server I've ever had. Firstly we just kinda had to wait forever to get seated and when we finally were he would not stop being weird to my girlfriend, giving her looks making not funny jokes, mansplaining seafood and just generally making a fool of himself. She was sitting next to me we were holding hands, having arms around eachother, sitting closely. He made a joke about getting her the wrong order, he told me a certain type of crab would be to hard for me to eat and to buy the one 10 dollars more, he gave us all water at the beginning after only my friend ordered water as we were sitting down. And then as we were ordering our food he asks us all how old we were, I don't know who is reading this or if you'll understand but if your a young feminine presenting person and an adult man asks you how old you are it is an extremely uncomfortable scary situation. It was incredibly shameful for him. We all were confused, my friend asked him to repeat himself and he said he didn't know how old we were because of my girlfriends tattoos. She told him she was 16 and he proceeded to act outlandishly shocked (so disgusting). We all just sat there in silence when he walked away, it was very uncomfortable and gross. The whole thing felt very unprofessional. I asked him to just get our food to go because at this point no one is having fun we all feel scared and disgusted because of this adult man who wanted to be a creep instead of doing his job. When I ask for it to go he then asked me three times if I was sure. The food was great it was my first time dining there and Im really happy with my meal however I wanted to warn other young girls before coming here. If your in the mood to eat food and have fun with your friends go to another place or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTruly and unironically one of my favorite culinary experiences in my storied eating career. Incredible food, impeccable service, and all in a quite charming venue. To start with the shortest of my many topics of compliment, the building itself was delightful. A quaint little beach-bar atmosphere with fun music that really gets my mouth in the eating mood. Possibly the best part of the atmosphere was the paper laid out on the table for drawing. Far more creative than the cluttered mazes of traditional childrenās menu fare, and not restricted to only 1/10th of the possible customer age range. I imagine this also makes bussing tables far easier, and I always appreciate companies making things better for their staff (I say if the workers like the company, the customers will like the workers). Now, to move onto the food, what can I say? My own dish of coconut shrimp and New England clam chowder was scrumptious. I thought the coconut didnāt overpower the shrimp as it is often wont to do, and the chowder gave my tastebuds a proclivity for cussing and hating out-of-towners. My dining partners also gave glowing reviews of their meals, to quote my sister āthe fries are bomb.ā I didnāt taste all the food, but the smell coming from the other dishes at the table made my mouth water. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. And of course, the centerpiece of our meal: our wonderful server Ernie and the rest of the very pleasant front-of-house staff. On top of being sat quickly and being greeted with punctuality, our drink requests were obliged very kindly. We knew we loved Ernie when he judged for our table-wide lobster-drawing competition (while dishing out our food, because the man wastes no time getting work done). Attached are our drawings of this incredible human and the winning lobster. Ernie, if you happen to be reading...

The last 3 TIMES I have ordered shrimp from there it was mushy and the shrimp sticks to the shell. I eat there frequently over the last year 1-3 times a month & I typically enjoy it, so the first time it happened I thought maybe it was just a mistake. The 2nd time it happened, I thought wow, this is happening frequently. So the final time I ordered I made it a point to let them know that the last couple times my shrimp were overcooked and mushy, the guy taking my order said he would take care of it. I get home its the same thing! I think there must be new people running this location because the food USE to be good. They also cook your food ahead of time and give old food that's why the shrimp is so soggy! I called in my order & was there in exactly 10 minutes & my food was sitting by the register.1 pound of shrimp and sides All in 10 min! I have a video of me peeling the shrimp so you could see how bad it was but I can't post here only photos. Also, when I came in to pick up my order I was telling the cashier how mushy the shrimp was, he started telling me how another customer said the same thing, then he rolled his eyes, and implied her shrimp was like that because she drove from Tampa to St pete and the food supposedly is still cooking. I asked him why would that make the shrimp mushy wouldn't your food start to COOL DOWN after you pick it up!? Just want to warn others because I won't be back until someone who cares about the food their serving, & not just taking money is...
