Culver’s — Restaurant in Saint Robert

This is the second time I have used the online ordering and no one brought out my food. First time I sat for over 20 minutes, this time I only waited 10 until I decided to go inside. Asked the cashier for my online order and it was just sitting where they place the prepared food. The other cashier asked me if I had been waiting for my order outside. Told her yes and she found another employee and mentioned this to him. I'm assuming I wasn't the first one this happened to today. But this employee said "well.. there's nothing I can do about it... I can only apologize". If your staff cannot handle online orders, then maybe online ordering shouldn't be an option. It wasn't even as busy as I've seen it before and there were a ton of employees just standing around conversating. The 2 cashiers were very polite though.

Food is normally great, but my order this time wasn't. The burger had dried out edges, the smallest/least of toppings placed on it (I think I got one piece of onion), and everything was cold (burger, fries, onion rings). I hope it's different the next time we decide to get Culver's, but I for sure will not be using the online...

First off, the staff is very kind and friendly which is much appreciated. I did a curdside order this afternoon and they let me know they were out of hot honey cheese curds but offered to replace it with a large regular cheese curd for the inconvenience which was very sweet of them. It took about 15 minutes longer than the estimated time, but the associate offered a coupon for the wait. I was quite satisfied with how that was handled considering I wasn't even upset about either of those things.

But then I got home and my mac and cheese was less than half full and dry and my husbands chili cheese fries were on the bottom in a cardboard container and it broke apart and was all over the place. We only live about 5 minutes away so it wasn't sitting around for a long time.

This was our second time at this location and the first time took almost a half hour past the estimated time which was a smidge frustrating.

I'm sure we'll be back at some point and hopefully we can bump up...

To preface, this is my first fast food review but Culver’s was so good I felt compelled to talk about it. By fast food standards, the butter burger is by far the best fast food burger I’ve ever had. It is one of the few burgers that I’ve had that actually looks like the advertisement. It almost looked unreal how perfectly put together it was. The patties were glistening and tasted fantastic. Be sure to get double patties as I found it to be the perfect ratio of meat to bun. There was probably an excessive amount of butter between the bun and the beef but that’s also what makes it so good I assume. The fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. It reminded me of shake shack fries. Also be sure to upgrade the drink option to get a frozen custard, I got the vanilla custard mixed with peach and it was incredible. Overall, this place is undoubtedly the best fast food restaurant in terms of quality, freshness, and taste. It’s so good it almost makes you forget it’s a fast...
