This stores employee Lilian was unbelievably rude to my family when we came in. Our total was a little more than normal so I checked my receipt and when I asked about a charge she yelled and shouted curse words at me for asking a simple question. When I asked her to please be more polite to her customers she decided to curse at me and yell. This person should NOT be working at this establishment. If she done that to us, she has done it to others. I don’t know what happened to her that day but cursing at someone at your place of employment is beyond unacceptable and I feel we should not have to be talked to like!! Do better Subway! I have came in multiple times since this incident and have not been able to speak with the manager. We for sure won’t be back if this is how this stores business is conducted for sure. Absolutely love subway but was not pleased with my service or the way my order was prepared. I usually visit this location and have always been pleased up to today. There was no management to talk to. Four high school kids running the store. Usually visit the store when Luke is working and prepares an excellent sandwich. Not the case today. Preparer had to scrape the container of avocado to prepare my wife's sandwich. Barely put any cheese on my sandwich and when I asked if that was all the cheese she was going to put on it, she added more after rolling her eyes and then she charged me for extra cheese. Asked for extra ranch three times and received an attitude for it. Thus place needs adult supervision and need to be taught that the customer is always right. Won't be back unless...

I go to this subway quite often because I prefer it over waynesville but after tonight I will not be returning. Melissa was in the back (I'm assuming on the phone) cursing and talking about "I'm going to make sure I have another job. One where they dont talk to me like a dog." There were several people ordering and she left the other lady to work by herself, creating a bit of a wait, and telling her how she needed to do this or that.
