Vapor World — Local services in Saint Robert

Not impressed with the staff or visibility of your products. I have been a Vapor World customer for years, starting in Springfield. We recently moved here and I was happy to see a Vapor World. I came up this morning for juice and coils. The staff member barely acknowledged me. When I told him I needed juice and coils he just stood there. Didn’t ask me what kind or anything. He grabbed my coils and then again just stood there. I told him I think you quit selling the one I usually use.... he said “ya we got rid of a bunch”. I said I can’t really see what you have without lights and the blue lights shining. He didn’t respond. So I picked out a familiar juice and began to pay. He was much nicer when he realized how many “points” I have, I assume to suggest I was a regular customer. Funny how people change the way they treat you after realizing you are a legitimate recurring customer. I think I’ll try the other Vapor World instead. Bought a vape less than two weeks ago, started hitting poorly and button came off. When called on the phone they were able to look up the purchase via the account and said to bring the vape in for repair/replacement (told the employees we didn’t have box/receipt). Once arrived they denied everything they had said on the phone and refused to help at all because “there was no box”, even though they know when it was purchased and what based on the account. Got completely rude with us and blamed it on a “new employee” on the phone even though she asked a coworker when she didn’t know the answers. Go here about every couple weeks. They have very personable staff that always greet you with a warm welcome and immediately come to your aid as soon as you walk in. In addition to amazing customer service they have a magnificent selection of disposable amd mod vapes that leaves nothing to be desired. Plus they have a rewards program that I personally utilize every visit and it gives nice discounts! Overall it's my favorite vape shop and I plan to continue shopping here without a doubt.
