Rent One — Local services in Saint Robert

I am a current customer and am very displeased with their service and products. I have a washer/dryer set which I am making payments on , and after a week of haveing the set, my dryer wouldn’t stop on it’s own and when I threw a load in before bed one night I got up the next morning and it was still running in the dryer!! This is not only running my electric bill up, but it’s a major fire hazard. So I called rent one and spoke with a salesman on a tues and had told me he was very busy that week and couldn’t come to my house until the following Saturday to switch out dryers with me. I wasn’t too happy about the wait time but said ok. Well that Saturday came and went and no one showed up or even called. In fact they never called until my payment was due 3 weeks later!! And then showed up at my house when I refused their phone calls!! So it’s clear to me they only care about getting payment and not about customer service, care, or concerns!! And they are insane if they think I’m going to pay them for a dryer I couldn’t use for 3 weeks!!! Therefore once they do pick up the set next week I wish to never be their customer again and will take my business else where. Very unhappy with the way I was treated and will never return...

Worst company to ever deal with the associate are very rude and then they like to threaten to take you to court for theft. When they refuse to come pick there items up. They don’t fix stuff even though you have the insurance on the stuff they claim that they don’t have the proper stuff and then when it gets worse they want to try to come at you for it when it’s there fault for not fixing it in the first place when it got brought like that. Then they want to run to other rental companies and slander your name by showing them the messed up items and try to stop you from taking your business elsewhere. I will never deal with them again they don’t honor there things they send in the mail when they said we had a 500$ credit they never gave it to us then they told us the product had to be used for it to work even though it was used they didn’t...

I had never had any bad experiences with this store. I called a few weeks ago to rnet an ac and the manager told me I would have to have a month down because of my pay history and what their employee Rob told them about me as a previous renters. He ran my name in the ground about things that never happened and things that made no sense. Ive tried calling corporate and they won't call me back. I tried to explain to the "new" manager that the things his employee said about me were not true and absolutely couldn't have been the way the employee said they were and he refused to listen. Ive paid off several things with them and for this employee to run my name in the ground is absolutely uncalled for. I would never do business...
