So much good to see here. Between the rock wall and the skate park, it’s a very convenient rest stop to stretch your legs and get your family moving.
For little ones however, there is little distinction as to where the park begins and ends. Privacy bushes are nice, yet the gap and lack of fencing, combined with the direct view of, and clear sounds of, the nearby Tiger Typhoon make it challenging for littles to ignore. The park could use more natural or purchased shade as kids get hit directly with the 95+ degree heat and the little shade limbs of the main tree were cut… (likely to prevent climbing)

There was pink and blue confetti everywhere, the trash cans were overflowing, and several full trash bags sitting beside them. Other than that, it is a nice, small, quiet spot, with some playground equipment and a covered picnic area. All in all, it simply just needs some attention and it will be a great place for a family gathering, birthday party, or just an afternoon...
Read moreThe park is easy to access, has ample shade trees and seating for caretakers. You can see the whole area from the benches but younger children will require you to be close at hand to avoid falls from the climbing portions of the equipment. There is a skate park just down the hill to keep older kids entertained, but you cant really watch them well from the kiddie section of the park. A good spot for the kids to burn...
