Since arriving at FLW this is the first and only place I will get my haircut. I had the pleasure of being with Ryan, and let me say, he is a true professional at his craft. Ryan is extremely charismatic and someone that you’ll enjoy having a conversation with. When it comes to cutting hair, I have never been with a better barber. In fact, since 2019 my wife started cutting my hair because of the bad experiences I had at multiple salons. Currently my wife and I are on separate military orders which forced my hand into trying to have someone cut my hair again. I got a low skin fade throughout July and August by Ryan probably about once every week. He was very capable, knowledgeable, and competent in his craft; in addition to expertly listening to what I requested perfectly. He was very personable, and a great conversationalist too.

Prior to meeting Ryan, I went to Rippee's Barbershop, where my hair was cut absolutely horribly; Ryan corrected their mistakes throughout the course of the couple months I was at school at Leonard Wood.

I have gone to Crosshairs to get my hair cut by Jay every two weeks for the last 3 years. Absolutely fantastic job every time. The shop itself is very nice with plenty of room to sit, several TVs, an ATM, and snack machine. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and very good at what they do. Over all it is just a very enjoyable atmosphere and pleasant experience. They accept walk ins but I also enjoy how you can make an appointment ahead of time through the Booksy app so there is no wait.
