TK's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Robert

I had the worst experience ever at TK’s pizza May 8, 2020. I ordered a king sized pizza for my family, mainly my kids. When it arrived the toppings of the pizza was glued to the top of the box. I called to get the order fix which was going to take another 45 mins. The employee ( Trinity ) on the phone had the audacity to say I had to give the first pizza back in order to get it fixed. Upset as ever, instead of waiting for the second pizza I drove to the establishment for the employees to see the pizza. Upon viewing the cashier argued with myself as a customer. They took the original pizza recooked it and gave it back to me while also making an issue on giving me a refund in cash. The manager Brendon was no help and is a sorry excuse for a manager. When they gave me my refund along with the overly cooked nasty pizza. They shorted me on my refund. I had to go online to check my bank statement because they never gave me a receipt. With doing that I noticed the shorted me $3.06. So I had to turn around and go back up there for the remainder of my money. When I got home for my family to eat my wife noticed how dried out, overly cooked and tough the pizza was to the point where the kids did not want no parts of it. I called back to the establishment and before I could even explain why I was calling the manger jumped to conclusions on the phone then hung up on my wife! Therefore I drove back up to the establishment and had to use a free pizza coupon just to get the pizza fresh. I asked for the owners numbers, email or contact information and they refused to give it to me. This by far was the worst experience I have ever had At TK’s and I eat here weekly! By this one bad experience from the delivery, the staff members, management, refusals to satisfy me as a customer yet alone the pizza itself. They will never receive any business from myself or anyone I know because the was just ridiculous. I’m still looking for the owners information to make contact because she needs to know how her establishment is being ran and what type of service her employees are giving out. Like I said, all around bad experience from somewhere I frequent weekly. Ending results, unsatisfied customer as well as a loss of business! I hope the owner sees this review and attempts to make contact. If not I will continue to go there daily until I can make contact. Best pizza in the area but it is nothing like ny pizza. Pickup prices are excelent but if toy aant delivery be prepared to pay way more for the same thing and wait 50min to an hour and 15. They always say 45 to an hour wheather they have no orders or are busy. They will wait to make the pizza and send it out and if no other orders come in then the driver still only takes one delivery and you wait the full hour when it could have been there in 25 to 35 min. They charge 3.50 to 5 dollars more per pizza and then tack on a 2 to 3.50 delivery charge depending on where u live.btw thw del charge goes to the driver and they expect a tip also. So pay 3.50 to 5 more plus 3.50 dollar del charge plus tip. Assume 2 pizzas 4+4+3.50+5=15.50 to 18 more than pick-up.would be one star but the pizza earns them one extra star.

Just rateing the service would be .5 star Or vise versa pizza would be 3.5 to 4 star...

I want to thank TKs for having great pizza. We've been coming here since 1996 when our new neighbor told us for the best pizza in town call 336-FAST. Last night though was especially special to me personally. I have alpha gal...no mammalian food allowed. I can do some white cheeses. I get tired of having cheese pizza without pepperoni. My husband took some of my turkey ham and turkey pepperoni in. Asked if they could put it on a pizza for me. He was told sure not a problem. He also asked them not to cut it. I felt like I died and went to heaven. I make pizza at home but to have someone else do it for me and I could eat it...big WIN WIN in my book. Thank you so much. Will choose local over...
