Visited the store today (1/15/24) around 2:15 PM, and was EXTREMELY disappointed. Food average at best and over priced. ($18.65 for one burrito and drink). Service ok, but don't really seem to care you there. CLEANLINESS HORRIBLE. Area for drinks and sauces filthy. Nowhere to put sauces, so I put in paper on trey. I wanted to sit at low table, so only had one to choose. It had not been wiped down and had stains on table at 2 of 4 seats.
I was reviewing items on phone so stayed about one hour. During that time at least 8 tables left. Not one got wiped down. Floor filthy. When I left @ 3:20, I was last person other than employees still in restaurant.
Looks like another quick failure in the old Burger King. This will be # 5 since I arrived on SSI 5 years ago.

Tonight I went here to get another delicious salad and I couldn't find my wallet. I thought it had been taken at the car wash. Long story short after panicking and cancelling credit cards a knight in shining armor (Mills the Asst Mgr) came walking up my driveway w/ my wallet and my dinner that I had to leave. I am beyond grateful. They wouldn't let me pay for my salad. Unbelievable! I will never eat anywhere else. Ha ha. How wonderful whoever found my wallet and then for Mills to go to the trouble of finding me and delivering the goods. I am still reeling with happiness. Thank you thank you. The food was very good. We enjoyed the bowls! The available salsa was at best average compared to other Surcheros. The tomatillo was watery. The service was quick and responsive the actual check out was just ok. Not so sure about the whole tip thing. I suppose that is everywhere now. I feel bad if for the workers if I don't tip, yet I really feel it's the owners job to pay the workers a living wage not the patrons. The atmosphere was a 3 star because the ceiling tiles were already missing and stained for some reason. Sad for a brand new store. I'll try it again some time to see if...
