After a few visits, this place is just not my favorite fast food joint unfortunately.
My vegetarian partner likes Carlies as they offer a beyond burger— which is great to see become more common! However, the other items I’ve tried haven’t been particularly tasty or memorable even by fast food standards. This is a lot more forgivable when you’re not spending much, but at around $8-9 per sandwich, the total adds up quick. The last chicken sandwich I tried was maybe the soggiest, limpest thing I can recall getting from a drive through.
It’s fast food, so the bar isn’t high as far as quality goes in general of course. But I think it’s fair to expect something fresh, crispy and tasty if you’re spending what they’re asking. For the quality, I’d sooner go to Burger King and spend 2/3 the money if I want a quick bite on the go. Or spend the same amount of money and go to Five Guys, for a significantly better quality burger, fries, shake, etc.

He left and we continue to wait, an employee came in with her oil from the back did not know us or say anything. A car came through the drive-through five minutes later after we continue standing there waiting, and someone came out of the walk-in. I told her it would’ve been nice if the employee To go get help and set at least hot I will be with you in just a moment. Told the manager we still there and waited for about 10 minutes and then she also a customer because he left she proceeded to tell me that we weren’t not there for 10 minutes cause she wasn’t in the walk for 10 minutes. Explain to her it would’ve been Nice if someone would have just acknowledge that we were there. She intended to argue saying that we didn’t wait that long. Read moreThe worst customer service I've ever experienced by far, in the drive through I ask for 3 number 18s. She proceeds to say what would you like to drink while I'm still making my changes. I said 2 of them plain, and I recieve a response Now keep in mind she interrupted me the first time, then as I'm making changes to the burgers she says responds with very upset attitude "can I get the drinks first!" No ma'am I'm still talking, I'll get to what I want for drinks. Dont mess up my meal So I said no you can cancel my effin order and left. I'm very upset at this point because she already interrupted me and now snaps with attitude for no reason. I'm generally a really nice guy but this very much so was uncalled for.
