Best Teriyaki — Restaurant in Salem

The worst experience we have ever had. The food was burnt. We asked for it to be replaced. They offered to replace with something else which we agreed to. After a few minutes an employee came out and interrogated us saying there is nothing wrong with the food and they will give us only half the money. We said either give us food or give us money (at this point they took the food). The man from the kitchen began laughing with a customer who is obviously his friend at the counter and speaking Spanish insulting us. The customer said how funny it was and she is going to call the cops for assault. We left the place with no food and no money. These people are thieves and the food is terrible. Save yourself the trip and money. Had this been any other business and the shoe was on the other foot it would have been considered...

The worst worst teriyaki......Spent $52 dollars for dinner , teriyaki chicken, chicken & beef combo, spicy beef, ramen, and pot sticker.. The chicken teriyaki had no flavor and rubbery. It looks like chicken was cooked half and kept in food warmer and put on the grill when customer orders chicken teriyaki. The beef had little flavor and very chewy. The spicy beef had little flavor and not spicy and they put five pieces of red chilly flakes bought for supermarket. The ramen had no flavor and the liquid tasted like a dirty water like a mop bucket after you clean the floor. Finally, the pot sticker was burnt and tasted funny. It looks like the oil hasn't been changed for awhile. The teriyaki sauce was so watery and no taste. It should be worst teriyaki NOT Best...

If i could give zero stars i would. The waitress was nice. But my sister and I ordered a meal to share the cost was roughly 30 $ . After we orderd we found a table which was dirty. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. Overflowing with fecal matter. No toilet paper. Bathroom was filthy . The restaurant was filthy the windows and walls were filthy. We got our food served t9nthe table. Again waitress was lovely. But the food was undercooked. And over cooked. We ended up just not eating afraid we would get sick. We left food on the table and went on our way. I work in the food industry. This place is not acceptable. Not safe. The health department needs to go in and do what...
