Super Pho Beef Noodle Soup Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Salem

Left before we could even sit down and order. The female worker that was behind the counter on 11/17/21 had the rudest attitude I have ever encountered at a restaurant. I came in to celebrate my mom’s birthday, she wanted to try Pho for the first time so we picked this restaurant due to it’s pretty good reviews. I came in, went up to the counter once I saw the staff were unoccupied, and asked if we could get a table for 4 people. The first thing the staff member said was that they were super busy and that it would take a while for service, she said this with a negative attitude before I could get a single word out. I told her it was no problem and that we were willing to wait. She then said they were too busy to quickly clean any of the unoccupied tables but that we could sit next to another family on one of the tables in the middle section. We looked over at the table she was talking about and immediately felt uncomfortable with how close we would be sitting to the other family. We would have been sitting shoulder to shoulder with them. I kindly declined the middle section table and expressed our concerns. She then even more rudely stated something like “well then you will just have to wait for us to clean a booth, it’s going to be at least 10 minutes “. She said this with such a bad attitude, made no eye contact, basically dismissed my presence. This whole time I was speaking to her respectfully, said my please and thank yous, non-demanding at all. She threw attitude at me for literally no reason or fault of my own. I would have been ok with waiting even up to 30 minutes but at this point, I made the decision to leave while I still had my dignity. I can usually shrug off these negative experiences but I was honestly so bummed out because it was supposed to be my mom’s birthday lunch. Safe to say I will never be coming back! Would give zero...

My dad and I go to dinner every Monday night....not too long ago we went to Super Pho for the first time and thought it was really good food for a reasonable price. I was impressed. So this last Monday night 1/9/17 we decided to go again. The restaurant was very busy, however we managed to get a seat fairly quickly. Many people came in after us...5 tables I believe it was. Groups ranging from a single person all the way up to the table that was seated behind us that arrived 40 minutes later and had 6 people in their party. We arrived at 6PM, the couple next to us arrived around 6:30. First they received their appetizer before we received anything, then they received their food before we received anything....Around 6:45 I said something to the waiter about this and he said "Were busy, we'll try to have your appetizer out soon." So a few minutes later we got our appetizer and it was fine. We ate it quickly because by now we were really hungry. I kept seeing food coming out and it was never our food and I mentioned it to my dad and he was just as confused. by 7 oclock every single table(very literally) had their food except us. Including bigger parties that had been there half the time we had. My dad insisted that we be patient and wait a few more minutes. By 7:10 my patience was out and we went up to the register. They even comp my dad the 5 dollar appetizer and when I said we have been waiting for an hour and 10 minutes and everyone else has their food now except for us...the guy with dark curly hair and glasses told us " We're busy, it happens." And with that I had to walk away. If that happens And that's you'r response....someone needs to take a hard look at the customer service standards being taught to their employees. I was very disappointed. We left I'm pregnant and still starving at this point and they didn't even apologize. Very...

I’ve tried his place a few times! The first time was a horrible experience! Got there waited to be seated, then another group of people came they got sat down first, no biggie, but after we were finally seated down, she didn’t take orders on our drinks. So we waited 15 mins to finally receive our drinks. About 20 mins in we finally we got our order taken, and let me tell you it seem as if we were being rushed! Kind of frustrating! But we thought it’s ok let’s just continue giving it a chance! Finally after ordering it took them about 25 + mins more to recieve our food! And mind you he place wasn’t really all that packed! Food was great!!! But In Between the service we had the waitresses was beyond horrible than what I have ever experienced! But with the food being what we imagined, we just simply stayed and enjoyed our time together and enjoyed the food we ordered! The second time, was pretty much the same, but this is the last time we will ever go there! By the time we got our food we were happily digging in and enjoying every savory bite that we bit into, until what we thought was burnt food from probably one of the dishes or maybe something else they had cooking, I soon then realized it was no edible piece of food or burnt food of any kind! But yet what I knew and had seen before to be rat/mice droppings!!! 🤮🤮🤮 that there we got up when to the owner or manager and did what we needed! It was so horrible! So sickening! But they quickly took out food and charged us nothing! But I’m sad to know that under circumstances of that evening nothing has not changed or been brought up to anyone’s attention! Hopefully it has been dealt with because I would hate to see anyone sick from what go on in that kitchen! Never again will we ever go there or recommend anyone to eat there! And I only put one start because I wasnt able...
