They offer friendly service seems to be family owned business, with large potions and very fresh food. The bar on the other side of the building is too noisy, with the music and yelling, while families with kids sit and eat listen to the foul language. Since new management has taken over they have worked their buttons off to turn this restaurant around. The food is wonderful and the service is over the top ! They have recently painted and have been looking for someone to replace the carpet to give it a great look. I take my hat off to this family ! I will recommend this place with 10 stars if I could but I know they will settle for a 5 star rating. Thanks for being so nice, caring and a great dining experience....

We moved to Salem several months back and have been trying all of the different Chinese food restaurants in the area. Lucky Fortune is by far our favorite!
