Coffee In Motion — Restaurant in Salem

Myself and my coworker were in town for work and after reading reviews we thought wed give this place a shot since it is in our route. We pulled up and initial impression is it is not very clean looking in there and it has menu items just scribbled out with sharpies. I asked if we should find something else but we ended up ordering a Reeses brainfreeze and an iced vanilla latte with 2 breakfast bowls. I should have listened to my gut. Our food was just mediocre luke warm at best. The cheese wasn't melted even just bland but it was food so it was OK. Our coffees were another story. I took 3 big drinks of my brain freeze trying to like it (thinking I had a weird taste after my food) but it was terrible. Almost tasting sour. My coworkers iced latte was (id hate to say it) but almost worse. I have never ordered a drink i couldn't drink, even if I didnt think it was great I could usually drink it. I threw these both away and we stopped at a different shop. He is very inexpensive but also (looking at other reviews) a gamble if you will get good...

Great place to get coffee, and the bagels are awesome!! The new employee absolutely topped the experience. He was so polite and down to earth. Plus I think he's psychic and knows exactly what you want to order. I swear I didn't even need to speak, and he would have perfected my order... even though this was my first visit there! The Only reason I am giving 4* instead of 5*, is because the person who made my bagel sandwich forgot to put the avocado on, and that was one of the main reasons I ordered it. Dang! But aside from that - fantastic experience. I also ordered an iced white chocolate mocha that was just perfect. Not too sweet, not too bitter. Very glad I decided to give them a try. You make it impossible to tell what customers are ordering. None of your items have descriptions on GrubHub or DoorDash and when I try to look at the menu online, all it shows is the menu for your sandwiches. I would expect, at a minimum that you have descriptions of your drinks on the food delivery services that people are using. What’s an All Nighter? What flavors are available for your Italian sodas? Why can’t I chose the flavors I want to infuse my Monster/Red Bill/Rockstar with? Requested a refund but won’t be ordering from you again. You should know not to mess with people and their coffee.
