I’m writing to formally complain about the ongoing noise disturbances coming from the nightclub located directly next to my apartment. This establishment regularly blasts music late into Sunday nights until 3 a.m. on Mondays—with bass levels so intense it feels like my apartment walls are being physically struck. This isn’t always occasional or tolerable; it’s a constant disruption that makes it nearly impossible to rest or function normally in my own home.
To make matters worse, I live with someone who is on the autism spectrum and has significant noise sensitivity. I was being harassed by two drunk men, and I told them to leave me alone, and they threw a drink at me for telling them to stop harassing me. To make the long story short, they ended up, kicking me out instead of two men (which I’m pretty sure they we’re friends with the owners or security’s, which is why I’m pretty sure they got to stay.) they told me they had to review footage in order to kick them out when clearly I was the one soaked from the drink that I got thrown. I see their guests throwing beer bottles over the fences. I see cars always drive away drunk. No security at all. They do burnouts outside and it is extremely loud.
