Cookie wise I would rate this place a nine out of 10 because I don’t ever give things 10 normally because you never know.. what if I have a unicorn cookie one day and it’s amazing 😂 I came a little after 10 with my friend and sister. I got the sea salt toffee, my friend got chocolate chip, and my sister got the mint brownie. Like it’s so perfectly chewy with just a tiny bit of sea salt and then like cookie itself (brown part) it’s just made so well (so much flavor and so warm and chewy and FRESH. The people that worked there were so nice and patient that overall great experience. .I knew from the beginning when we were walking in and the gentleman that was working there was walking out I think to give someone their order and he held the door open for us like a gentleman and then answered all of our questions because I told him it was our first time there. I got a four pack because I wanted to bring my brother a cookie and he wasn’t responding and the girl that took our order was just so nice and patient and wasn’t mean or anything like that because at some places if you take a little bit longer than usual like you get a little bit of attitude or like you can see the look of annoyance from cashier and stuff at-least I have in the past so I was so appreciative of them for being so nice about it. Also the lighting there was perfect to snap a picture of the cookies. 10/10 experience. For anyone that complains that the prices are expensive, I feel like quality over quantity. You definitely get your moneys worth in flavor, service, and experience.

Crumbl just opened this week in Salem. I stood in line for a free chocolate chip cookie and purchased a dulce de leche cookie. The cookies were bigger than my palm. Both cookies were firmer on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. Perfect cookie consistency. As far as flavoring goes, the chocolate chip cookie had chips the size of my fingernails. It was a good cookie and tasted like a chocolate chip cookie. However there wasn't a lot of depth in the flavor. I probably wouldn't order it again only because I can make a good chocolate chip cooke. The dulce de leche cookie was a cinnamon sugar cookie and had a frosting on top that was supposed to be caramel and I believe the lighter colored frosting was supposed to be like leche. The cookie part tasted good. The caramel frosting had the look and consistency of caramel, but not a lot of caramel flavor. Are they good cookies? Yes. Are they worth $4 each? That depends. If you can make a good cookie at home then probably not. If you don't want to or don't have the time to bake at home then they hit the spot for a sweet treat. They do have rotating flavors and I would recommend buying a few that are different flavors and cutting them into smaller pieces to try a little of everything.

Great cookies so far not disappointed. I had the the Dark Dream and Oatmeal Mallow Sandwhich, both amazing!! I regularly order ahead I like the convenience of not waiting to pickup...I didn't realize you had to wait 15 minutes, or until your time was up, kept pressing app to accept I was there but no it wouldn't allow it.. I waited in line walked up thinking there was a pickup line, there wasn't, nobody made eye contact...so I continued to wait in line...I expected the cookies to be warm, out of the oven or something. Gal at the register walked over to a tablet which indicated I was there...neither was the case...Use the App to check what's there disregard any sort of pickup...

The Crumbl franchise in general is pretty neat. This location meets the expectations of what a Crumbl should be. The only cons for this specific location is the parking (which is horrendous) and the need to enter a description of your vehicle when ordering online or through the app when the people delivering curbside don't even pay attention to that. They blindly look around searching for someone sitting in their car asking if your who they are looking for. Kind of silly if you ask me. Every week is something different and my family and I are hooked, so much so that my coworkers made sure to get me some for my birthday!
