I with out a doubt absolutely hate cell phone and thus stores that do all the cell phone stuff. I literally mean I hate these types of stores.

With a million times over the expectation of this location. I undoubtedly love this location and in particular Rosh.

Rosh is the most talented Tech person at this location. He’s skillful hands and mastermind techniques with a extremely delicate approach to fix these devices is show stopping. Rosh not only save my phone, my pictures but in actuality my life!!!!

My phone was not working and I was having a completely breakdown crying like a new baby because I needed my pictures. Pictures that mean the world to me. Rosh understood how much the pictures mean to me and skillful fixed my phone and backdated my phone with the iCloud and other stuff I have no ideas about. iCloud what? GB storage what? Update software what??

I just need my pictures and Rosh got that job done and at the same time working with me fixed multiple phones sold items to 5/6 people all while not skipping a beat.

Extremely satisfied with the service I got with Rosh and a costumer for life because of him.

Let’s face it our phones break and we humans are like a toy without batteries that need batteries or as helpful as no WiFi or cellar data in...

Horrible experience. They took almost three hours to “fix” the back glass of my phone. I knew something was off right away as the back crackled when any pressure was put upon it after their “fix” they charged me $250 dollars and four days later when removing the case to put on a new on the back just shattered. Took the phone to a more reputable place and the tech showed us that this company had used double sided tape in order to secure the new glass. There was also not paper over the processed for some reason? When we called and asked why on earth anyone would use double sided tape on a IPHONE is beyond us but the man who did the first “repair” even came right out and said “yeah tape is a better way to do it……. Bro, WHAT! Take notice of all the positive reviews. These are people mostly employed by this horrible company to leave false positive reviews. Scam scam scam company that is refusing to refund the money. That’s ok though we are in fact getting it back another way :) don’t trust them. This was so far beyond how nasty I thought a company could be. Run away from them and go somewhere with reputable reviews but people who probably aren’t family members...

I just wanted to personally thank you for your help with getting my iPhone X operational enough to pull the data from my phone. I was able to recover and save most of my data that I was told by employees at 2 different Apple stores and 1 Best Buy: Geek Squad store that it would be impossible. They proceeded to tell me that I would just have to accept that my phone would need to be replaced and that my data was to be forever lost. Boy were they wrong! Although, I am choosing to retire my old phone because of its issues and limited function, my choice to retire it rather than have it fixed, which you offered to do for me... I was at the end of the day able to save my data. Thank you for your generosity and understanding during the whole process, it speaks volumes and you have gained my support as a customer. I would happily recommend you to anyone who needs help with their mobile devices. While other data companies quoted me an arm and a leg... you took the time to understand my problems and work through the process with me. I feel extremely luckily and happy I took the chance at iFixPhones because you are truly the best.
