Dunkin' — Restaurant in Salem

Ordered online and took ten mins to get to the location. I expected it to be done by the time I get there but I get that when you are busy that can be hard to do. I waited in line for a little and could tell by the woman’s voice through the speaker she was not happy. When I went up to the window they asked which order was mine and gave me my coffee. I ordered hash browns and a donut as well. The other lady gave me my hash browns and said bye to me. I looked in the bag and no donut. So I screamed through the window politely about getting my donut. The rude lady from the speaker tried to say she gave me the donut. I was like no u gave me the coffee. She kept insisting to her co worker “I just gave it to her, I just gave it to her”. They were accusing me of lying. I’m sorry but I would steal a 1 dollar donut. After much deliberation they gave me my donut that I paid for. I couldn’t believe how they were accusing me...

Went in to get ice coffee and girl was sweeping floor. She did say she would be right with me and finished sweeping the floor. The person then took my order a caramel swirl ice coffee. She got the cup and then scooped the ice from the bin with the cup not a ice scoop she then made the coffee. I refused the coffee not only because she scooped the ice with the cup but because she NEVER washed her hands after sweeping the floor. This is rule number one in food, after a task before handling food (ice is considered food) you are to wash your hands. This is cross contamination and what gets folks sick. Not the first dunkin donuts that i have experienced this the one on Washington street in Salem has done the same thing and is gross and also a food...

Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!! Went through the drive thru 10/30/21 at 2:07pm, ordered standard decaf cream and Splenda. The gentleman handed me my coffee, and I drove home. As I pulled into the drive way took a big sip and almost threw up. Got inside took the lid off and found this!!! Seriously?? What is this!! I've seen curdled cream before but never where a textured film forms on the rim of the cup. When I poured it out the top 3 inches were this odd light color with chunks and the rest was almost black. Never again will I go there!!! Absolutely disgusting and to top it off I tried calling and no answer, of course. Not even worth driving back because the customer service there is always less than pleasant if you know...
