I came in today 1/21 at about 2pm. I was on the hunt for a plain bagel for my dad, a little background is needed here. In December my father was diagnosed with lung cancer, about 2 weeks ago my father was admitted to the hospital for 4 days after they discovered the cancer had moved into his bones. Needless to say on the occasions he says he is hungry and knows what he wants we try our best to get it. Unfortunately they where out of plain bagels, normally I would have gladly taken another kind and move on. But it was for my father and needed to ask for my money back. The young man behind the counter informed me he wasn't able to do refunds from the register and alluded to a manager not being available.. he reached into the tip jar and gave 2 dollars to make up for mixup. This young man had long hair pulled into a low pony tail, a grey sweatshirt and a hat. I'm hoping sharing this man's ability to preform customer service is noticed and rewarded by the store, and if he isn't I will.be able to ensure he is given the accolades he deserves. I also hope moving forward this store can make efforts to staff properly and always have a manager available to ensure employees are not placed in an awkward...
Read moreGoing through the drive-thru, we had a full car, each person got a drink of varying specificity, nothing too complicated. We had forgotten to stay in the line to pick up the last 2 and realized it before leaving the area. We turned around parked and I went inside to get those two drinks, expecting to have to show a receipt for proof of purchase, Immediately upon entering the employee of who's name I did not catch (thank you so much) got to work on completing the drinks and gave them to me, i wanted to grab 2 donuts in addition at the register and she was so nice and helpful, very friendly, felt bad about not getting those to us sooner, gave me the donuts on her and really made our day with her attitude and kindness. 5/5 would recommend that dunkin donuts for having great employees that are professional and friendly while a large rush had formed in the drive thru. Read moreDid a mobile order. Got there and there was about 8 cars in line so I went in to pick up instead. Told them I did a mobile order to pickup drive thru but didn't have time to wait in line so I came in. I heard people say about 3 times that I did it drive thru but didn't feel like waiting in line. Which I'm not sure why it should matter my order should be made no matter where I pick it up.
So they bring over a bag of food and a hot coffee. I told them I'm missing 2 more drinks. They asked what were they...... you should know as there are little tickets that go on the cups.... anyways. Told them a frozen hot chocolate and iced gingerbread latte. Five minutes later out comes the frozen hot chocolate. "Is that everything?" (Same person who I already told what I was missing twice)
Nope. Still missing the latte.
No point in doing mobile order if its not ready and takes 10...
