Rude staff!!! Asked today what my plans were and then worker immediately turns and engages in conversation with her co worker. Was given a half assed caramel apple smoothie wo caramel. I inquired if drink was correct as it had never looked this way. She said we're very busy. Then she told me next time if I want caramel drizzle on inside of cup and on top that I should have asked. Ok, next time I will be sure to ask that you do your job and make the drink as it is normally served. Go to West Salem dutchie, they are awesome!!! I haven’t ever been to a Dutch Bros before but I’ve heard a lot of hype about it so I decided to give it a try. This location I visited had an extremely confusing setup with 4 lines funneling into either side of the establishment for order pickup. There was an attendant on either side taking orders but when I asked if they had a menu the attendant said they did didn’t… sure how a business doesn’t have a menu to order from? I ordered an iced Matcha and tbh it was probably the worst one ever had. It tasted chalky and had a bad aftertaste to it. Maybe they have good coffee but won’t be back for...

I don't normally leave reviews but I really wanted to leave a review because these people really went the extra mile for me! Today (6/25) I ordered a large High Dive Rebel and the service was excellent and speedy! Unfortunately when I sped off on my bike the lid popped off and I spilled everything. These kind people had no problem making me another one free of charge which was just so kind especially considering this is a $7 drink they really didn't need to do that! They truly go above and beyond at this location! Can't recommend enough!
