Ive delt with this place for years and they have been good to deal with however, I recently came in and seen a inverter generator and I had been looking for one just like it, this one was said to have four batteries and built in charger so great I put 150.00 dollars down on it and then learn they can't find two of the batteries and after looking online it also does not have pass through power or does it have a built in charger so I was surprised the cost to buy the things I was told it would have would cost me 200 dollars more than buying the same product brand new. So I kindly return to All that Glitters and tell them that they made a mistake on a generator that they had said four batteries and it had a built in charger the manager was contacted and she came to me and said no return no refund and not even a credit because I looked at it and bought it so that is really poor business if you ask me especially when you consider I'm a good customer who has a dozen active loans there that I renew when I emrun out of time and on a few items I've payed back what was borrowed already just in renewal so that are making bank I'm good with that I would do the same but to misrepresent something and sell it then learn of the error and not stand up for what's right is disappointing but for sure fits today's way of living, real sad, as I'm leaving I asked one more thing, I asked so if you sold me a cubic zirconia diamond and told me it was a real diamond are you telling me since I bought it thinking it was a diamond and you telling me it was that you wouldn't return the diamond and she said correct. Horrible customer service. I called ask a few quick questions and the lady that answered (Sandy) was very rude. Which greatly surprise me because I'm not used to people in a sales position talking to me a potential customer in such a way. Confused about why I let her know that I don't know very much about guns and ammo. I thought maybe my inexperience may have offended in some way "Well I don't know how someone with no experience with guns & ammo has so much ammo"!!! I wish i hadnt been so shocked or I'd have gone the F off on her. Instead i calmly told her 500rounds is 1 small box and she told me they weren't interested in anything I had...Way to go SANDY!!! You caused your establishment to lose money today and money in the future because i will never ever come to this pawn shop and i happen to well respected in my community and I will be personally telling any and everybody that I come across for the next two weeks to go to Capital Pawn where they actually know how to treat customers with some modicum of respect. I purchased an item from the establishment I needed to return it turn on the bottom of the receipt it says you can return it for 5% last within 15 days and 10% less than 30 days but then it says if you purchased the Peace of mind plan. There's no way to know about a piece of mind plan no one ever offered it to me there's nothing posted about it and it's not right that I can't return this item. The manager agreed that I should have been offered the plan and had to call the owner because she couldn't return it in the system and the owner told her not to return it for me. It has only been just a couple days since I purchased it 3 to be exact. No where on this paper does it say all sales are final Ive purchased many things from them over the years but I want to shop at a place especially when the owner himself has no appreciation for his customers.
