I always get my drinks with white coffee, so generally, when I get my drinks they are white. Well I got the kicker with white coffee, not white chocolate, but white coffee with an extra shot. I don't know if they did an extra shot of regular espresso or what but my coffee looked like a normal brownish color and I asked if it was white coffee and the girl did yea, it's mixed in there. I was confused as to what was mixed in my drink because you don't mix white coffee in a white coffee drink. Waited in line for about ten minutes and had a coupon for $3 off a $5 order and when they scanned the app the coupon would not show up on their end. I showed them the coupon in my app showing the promotion and the nice guy that was walking the line sent me to the window to talk to the manager Jess. When we pulled up I showed her the coupon and the manager said “what, do you want me to read it.” We said yes of course because that’s why we came today on a hot holiday. Usually have had at least decent customer service at this location, but when I went this evening the line was like a 15 minute wait and it took them 10 minutes just to have someone come out to the cars with an iPad. Then when we finally got to the window the lady didn't even talk to us that much at all besides telling us our total, which was very uncharacteristic of a Dutch Bros employee. Also my friend ordered a HAND BLENDED tea and she saw them take it out of a blender and dump it in a cup..so it wasn't hand blended.
