Honestly, where do I even start about the nightmare of an experience I had at Taco Bell tonight. I placed an order on the mobile app at 9:28 PM (3 minutes before I arrived at the restaurant). I opted to pick the order up inside since the drive-thru line was long. I go inside and wait for them to call my name. I wait for 10 minutes before I finally ask the cashier if he knows what's going on with my order. He tells me that it the cooks said it went off the bottom of the screen and they missed it. Okay, so I wait longer, all the while I am watching people who are just walking in take no more than 5 minutes to get their orders (and these people didn't even order ahead on the app).
I wait 15 minutes longer, and by this point I look at my phone and realize I've been waiting for 30 MINUTES since I placed my order!!! I ask the cashier again if he can see what's going on, and I hear one of the cooks say, "I'm just getting to it now".
Seriously? Are you kidding me? If I'd already waited 15 minutes, shouldn't that make me your first priority? Not one single person offered me anything for my inconvenience, not one single manager ever talked to me or said a single word to me, and the ONLY person who was of any help at all was the younger kid who is the cashier. As far as I am concerned he should replace the idiot managers you must have working at this place.
So, I get my food, go home, and open it up. Guess what!? They screwed up my damn order completely! I wait over 30 minutes for my food, I'm treated with complete disrespect, and then on top of that they screw up my order? I honestly don't know how I can just 'let this go'. I'm going to share this story with every friend, family member and social media outlet I can unless I speak to someone. This is ridiculous...
I'm a business owner myself and I can't ever imagine treating a customer this way. At the very least a manager should have spoken to me and given me my order for free for the hassle. At this point since they've screwed up my order it's just money down the drain for nothing.

Read moreWent here at 10:25am in the drive thru to order breakfast. Was told they were out of breakfast and if I wanted it, I would have to come inside to order and wait. So I did. I stood at the counter to order and a girl asked me if I ordered at the keyosk. I said no, can I order here? She said no, and pointed at the Keyosk and said to order from it. The second I placed my order for 15 of their $1.50 breakfast tacos, I heard "oh my god!" and a bunch of groaning and displeasure from the cooks in the back. Then they turned all the menus above to show the lunch menu. I waited 30 minutes for less than half filled little tacos. This restaurant was not even slammed with customers either. I understand waiting but the grunts and groans and comments from the back cooks was very rude. Breakfast ended at 11am so it's not like I ordered this at 10:55am. I probably got spit in my food too. On my way home from a tiring day at work I stopped at this Taco Bell for a quick bite and their nacho fries was sounding good, I only ordered TWO items, so how’s is it they can’t even get that right?! once I got home (across town) I noticed they forgot the nacho cheese that’s suppose to go with their signature fries which btw also tasted stale and old, maybe this was due to them closing soon? Either way, that’s no excuse as THIS WAS THE MAIN THING I STOPPED HERE FOR. I called to inform them of THEIR mistake and “Derek” proceeded to tell me If I could make it back before they close in 5 minutes they’d give me my missing item. He clearly knew this was impossible as I had just mentioned being across town. This was Such a waste of my time and money.. Not to mention this isn’t even the first mishap I’ve had there! just the first I’ve chosen to write about. Smh..Just all around rude...
