I went to this jack in the box today, I placed my order and pulled up to the window and was greeted by a young man wearing his mask below his nose. I paid attention and noted that the other employee who was handling food was at least wearing his correctly, that alleviated some of my concerns. Then, when the first young man was bagging our food his mask was below his chin. I asked to speak to the manager, the young man who was preparing the food argued with me, insisting that the other employee had been wearing his mask correctly and that the manager wasnāt there to refund my money. He handed me the receipt and I drove off (leaving behind the food), only to realize that he gave me the wrong receipt. After numerous calls to the store to speak to āLindaā who was listed on the incorrect receipt, no one answered. So there are many issues at play here. No manager on duty Two young (presumably late teenage) kids defending the other with incorrect mask wearing I was purposely given the wrong receipt with the wrong time stamp. The outside of the building looked completely run down, with peeling paint and weeds everywhere in the landscaping. Tried to order their Teriyaki bowl, but was told they were out of rice. OK, maybe a grilled chicken salad. Had to repeat my order multiple times before the girl on the intercom figured out what we wanted. Pulled up to the window, waiting about five minutes before she came out to verify our order and take payment. After running our card, she then told us to go park in front and wait for the food since there were other two of them working at the time. Had we been told before payment, we would have canceled our order and gone somewhere else. It was 20 minutes later before she brought our food out, with apologies for the delay. The food was almost inedible, with cold fries, wilted lettuce and a taco that had been microwaved from frozen. I filed a complaint on Jack-in-The-Box website. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas literally the worst visit I have ever had to Jack In The Box normally my favorite place but this location was excessively rude and disrespectful after waiting over 20 minutes in line they gave me sauce on my burger that I asked for no sauce on so I tried to get it replaced and their Lobby was locked the lady saw me through the door and refuse to acknowledge me multiple times I did not want to get back into long drive-thru line but then I ended up getting back in the long drive through line after being ignored for nearly 5 minutes and then they refused to replace my food because she said she didn't like my attitude she told me there was only two people in the building her and another girl so she couldn't open the door but a gentleman was the one that handed my food out so she obviously lied to me needless to say. they would not replace my sons sandwich so I had to get him dinner somewhere else by the time I got home everyone's food was cold and I did not get a receipt when I asked for it when I went through the first time the gentleman told me that sorry he threw it away already it was ridiculous and I will not go back to this location ever again I was so disappointed...
