Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Salem

I just shared the following on Petco's review. But this review says so much about Tractor Supply that I figure that I had better post it here also.

We went to Petco in Spanish Fork for an indoor dog kennel. They had some $50 options advertised online. However when we got there we could only find $99 options. That's is a significant difference. We asked two sales people. They couldn't find them. Gave some vague answer about pricing and brands... Blah, blah, blah... I've been around the block. I want being taken-in by some kid giving me an economics class.

So, while standing there we did some more research online to see what the prices were elsewhere. We found basically the same thing at Tractor Supply Co ( about 7 miles away in Salem) for only $39. We figured that for a 60% discount, we had better drive over and check them out.

The kennels were basically the exact same thing. Different brand, but the same size and same gage wire. So we bought it there. It was such a good deal. Then we went ahead and bought the rest of what the dog needed. Bowls, a doggie bed, chew toys, a leash, etcetera.

It's is to bad that Petco hadn't shopped their competition. Maybe they are too big and don't feel the need to shop and see what the market is.

Then the bed that we got was too small, Tractor Supply didn't even blink. When we brought it back they told us to pick out the size that we needed and they would take care of the exchange all at the same time.

So we kept the receipt and the small figure bed and walked back into the store and found what we wanted. We paid the extra and were inn our way. We were...

I went in the store the other day after a frustrating day of trying to find wormer for my colts at all the other stores in my local area which they were all sold out, when I got there all of the workers were just standing around and not real attentive to the customers that walked thru the door except for one person, her name was Harley she asked me what I was looking for and if she could help me with anything thing. I of course asked her where the wormer was and if they had any. She showed me right where it was and helped me find a few other things while I was in the store, this has not been the only time this has happened. I've hated going to tractor supply because nobody ever helps me out when I cant find what im looking for except for her she on several occasions has helped me out and made it so I will continue using tractor supply for future business, so I just wanted to thank Harley and maybe try and give her a thumbs up for helping me an for making a...

We went to pick up and were given the last mower of this kind meaning it was on display. Which didn’t seem like should be a problem other than it didn’t come in a box. They loaded it up for me so I didn’t get the chance to take a closer look. We brought it home and realized the lawn mower was dirty and bolts looked rusted plus the manuals were soaked which probably means the mower was outside in the rain and snow. We proceeded to read the manual and it instructs to keep mower stored in a dry place. So we’ve been given a neglected lawn mower instead of the new one we paid for. All this considering we weren’t too thrilled to load it back up and lug it to the store to return it so I contacted the return services to see if something else could done like they come pick it up or give us a partial refund for the state in which they gave the lawn mower but they sent a copy and pasted response of their return policies which...
