worst customer service of my life. went in just for a few things. after going to the cashier to ring out and realizing that the tarp I was purchasing rang up for the wrong price($23.99) I asked her why and she said I don't know. I explained it that it was tagged for $9.99 she says I don't know. So I walked back to the aisle where the tarps were stocked and grabbed the tag to show her when the ace manager walked over, so I asked him why and after figuring out that all there tarps were put in wrong spots I asked him if they would take care of me, and that's when he just walked away not even saying a word. So I went back to the cashier asked for a different manager and just got my money back. will never go back...

Then I head home to Salem and find what I was looking for, right here at Stokes. They have nearly everything because of the hardware store, so amazing selection. Read moreIt wasn't terribly busy when I stopped in with some friends. The shelves stocked didn't make much sense when we went looking for condiments. It took almost 15 minutes to get someone's attention to ask. They had a handful of employees out in the aisles, who we finally stopped to ask. With general pointing and directions we finally found it. It was being stocked, so I'm hoping it meant the employees were required to be busy and get their task done.
